if i only eat 2 granola bars a day and take 2 laxatives every morning, how much weight will i be able to lose in a week or two. i occasionally run 2 miles. maybe once a week.
in desperate need of weight loss.a
and i have no time for exercise or
some weird diet plan.

Keep taking those laxatives and when you are about 40 if you live to be that age be prepared to have a bag attached to your body because you won't be able to control your bowel movements

you are going to have many health problems...you will regret. Eat healthy and excercise daily like a normal person and you will be rewarded.

STOP IT!!!!! please don't do this.... you are pretty much asking for an eating disorder!!! and eating disorders are not a quick fix just because you "have no time for exercising"... so do you want to know what will happen when you lose the weight you want too? don't think that you will be able to just go back to eating normal... nope... you will keep ding this and even though you are getting thinner and thinner you will always see yourself as fat.. i am battling anorexia right now... and let me tell you that is how i started... just thinking that i could STARVE MYSELF for a couple of days and be normal again... NOPE thats not how i ended up... you could die from anorexia and there are so many more health risks... and on top of that... you will lose your friends.. your trust in your family EVERYTHING.... it is not worth it!!!! and i am not just ranting about this for nothing... once you start you won't be able to stop... please please get help... i am saying this all because i care about you and i don't want you to go through what i go through every single day of my life... it will get so hard and you wiill be so alone.. trust me GET HELP!!!! please

Actually what I have learned is that the less you eat the more fat your body holds onto! Your body is like "Okay, I dunno when im gonna eat again so let me store this fat so that I can live!" If you starve you make your body hold onto everything because it feels like it has more sense than you do and it has 2 take care of itself because you won't! I say stop the diet because it sounds really unhealthy and i'm sure you're ruining ur insides with the laxatives!

Make sure you will get at least seven hours of sleep every night. Being tired makes for skipped workouts and further snacking.
