Okay so I'm 5'4 or 5'5" and usually 104-106 pounds.
What exercises or diets can I do to tone/lose fat on my upper inner thighs without bulking up.
I'm fine with my upper body, but my thighs are not toned. & I eat really healthy and less than 1500 calories probably.
