Ok so I'm 14 years old I weigh 170 and I'm 5'7". I eat around 2100 calories everyday and burn 500. I weight lift and rollerblade. Any tips on how to lose weight? I also recently read you have to burn 3500 calories more than you consume daily to lose one pound a week.

I've recently lost 20lbs from dancing, muscle training and eating paleo. (only meat, eggs, nuts, seeds, fruit and vegetables)
Dancing for me is great for burning fat, because I don't have to try mentally to push myself. It just comes naturally as I'm feeling the music and before I know it the time is up!
