i went to the doctor today and they weighed me, i weigh 127 and i'm sixteen years old. she said in april i weighed 117. so now i gained 10 pounds and i even have stretch marks! i need tips on how to lose the pounds i've gained. help, please.

You can lose 5-20 pounds in a week, it wont be healthy and when you come off your diet your probably balloon to an even bigger size as your body prepares for another stupidly insane fast.
You should only be looking to lose 1-2 pounds of fat any more will be due muscle waste (muscle also helps burn fat).
You have 11 days to lose weight so you will probably be able to lose 3 pounds.
My advise pop some diet pills and report back im interested in how much a person could physically lose within that time.
I located the ebook to be very informative and convenient to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply worried that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too rapidly. First of all, almost every human female has stretch marks-so don't freak out. And the only reason you would gain so much weight in a short amount of time is by overeating and eating excessively compared to how you ate before...so just follow your old plans when you weighed 117.

I wouldn't do the low carb thing...it is hard to stay on. Just go running. That is what I did and lost 14 pounds. Also, it doesn't bulk you up, it makes lean leg muscles. After you lose enough fat, you can start building abs with lots of crunches. You don't need to do the new diets that are out, just watch what you eat. Cut out some of the junk food. You can still eat it, just don't over endulge. You are sixteen and you should take the weight right off. Also, try not drinking pop for awhile that will make you lose weight by itself. Just try it for two weeks and I am sure you will see results. Good luck!

you should start eating healthier again, it is summer so of course everyone gains a couple of pounds because everyone is lazy in the summer...also exercise, by going on a walk, run, do some crunchers, push ups, jump rope, easy things like that...and if you really want you can try diet pills, i know they are not good for you but if you want quicker results take them (i would use nv) but you also still need to eat healthy and exercise when you take them

I'm going to tell you how I lost about 45 lbs. I used diet pills, taken 2-3 times a day before meals, and ran 2 miles a day before bed after eating supper. I ate the best I could (healthy choice) or progressive soups in a can..and snacked between meals with healthy stuff when the pains hit hard!!!! Also started to drink diet pop instead of sugar pop, and cut down on beer drinking to about 6-8 beers per week and only on weekends. If you snack between meals during the day it tricks your body into burning fat all the time. Also if taken before meals the diet pills will help you feel more full so you don't get the pains as often. Oh yeah (avoid sugar and bad carbs at all cost). If you can maintain this schedule you should be good for about 40 lbs. in 90-120 days, especially if you are overweight like I was because the water weight will fall off, like 10-15 lbs. in the first 2-3 weeks.
