I'm wanting to loose axcess belly and thigh fat. I already know that i can't really focus on one area of weight lose. Now, I just now fixed my trampoline and I remembered how fun it was, and I was like, holy crap, I'm out of shape. So I jumped for an hour while playing with a ball. I was wondering what else I could add to my daily excersize to burn more calories and fat.
Some things about me:
*I am 14
*I am 5' 9"
*I am also 148 pounds
Now I know that it looks like I'm pretty healthy, which I am. I eat right. However, I tend to end up at my computer a lot, and not so much outside excersizing. This is usually because you always hear of people running for ever loosing weight. But I want to start loosing weight by doing fun activities, not sitting on the floor doing arobics, or running for way more than I'm capable of. As I get to be back in shape, I will start running more often. I don't have a lot of fat, and I understand that it may take a while for me to loose the weight just by doing fun, around the neighborhood things, but hey, in the long run it will be benifitial.
What I ALREADY do...
*I run for 30 minutes at 6 miles per hour on the tredmile 2-3 times a week.
*I play ball with my dog for about 30-40 minutes a day
*I take my dog on a 2 mile walk every other day.
*But everything else consists of sitting at the computer doing HW, or sitting on the couch reading.
So, any suggestions? I don't have any little or older siblings in the house, and my friends are never able to come over, so I'm on my own! Thanks :-)
Please, I don't want to take any pills or that berry stuff... I'm 14 and I want to loose weight by excersizing

Those acai berry things are spam by the way.
What I did to lose a little extra when I was your age was bounce my legs or just wiggle when I was doing something like sitting at the computer, in the car, in class, or watching tv. It drove my mother bonkers, but if you do that enough you can burn an extra 300 to 600 calories a day. ;)
however, my metabolism is already pretty fast because I am a runner and I eat right. I can say with condlfidence though that just by wiggling I probably lost about 5 pounds.

You seem very healthy to me.
You could also look on the USDA website to make sure that you are getting the right amount of each food group a day. They have a great interactive meal planner thing that tells you how much servings from the food pyramid is in each. I believe it's called "My Menu Planner" at www.usda.gov
