Truly, one of the best ways to lose weight/ fat is high intensity interval training. As you know there is no such thing as spot reduction. But hiit is probably the most efficient and quick exercise to lose fat overall. hiit involves an exercise which just completely exhausts you. Running is an effective one. what you do is after warming up, you sprint as fast and hard as you can, the harder it is the better, for 25-30 secs. then you jog for 1 min and then sprint again. One session should include, when first starting: 6 sprints each for roughly 30 secs and 6 rest periods- 1 min each. after this workout you should be completely drained you should be struggling to walk home lol, even though the workout only lasted for about 15 mins. it is good if you are feeling exhausted because it shows you are working out hard. The great thing about hiit is that you are not only burning calories during the work out, you also burn alot of calories from your body repairing your muscle tissues etc. that is why you should only do hiit 3/4 times a week e.g monsday, wednesday, friday

If it's something that you want, you really need to commit. It's all about willpower. Try not to obsess about these things though, every teenage girl feels the same way. But try to change your perspective on what you'd like to do, like...Make it a healthy life choice sort of thing. I don't know what you eat now or what your workouts were so I can't tell you what not to do. But I understand the way you feel. But I have to disappoint you because working out is the BEST thing for you to do and the hardest. If you were working out four days a week, that's great...But you can't quit after two months. It's something that when you start doing it, you'll want to do it all the time. But I feel like if you get back in shape that you'd be in the healthy BMI range. Just do lots of cardio and get someone to do it with you, so you can push yourself more. Since you've recently just gained the weight (I assume) once you start working out, it will come off a lot easier. Eating healthy is good too. Eat normally, just control your portion sizes and throw in vegetables and fruits. Stay away from things that are fried and like glazed in fattening things like butter, salt and oils. Just choose healthier things to eat. You just have to decide if you'd rather feel the way you do now, or sacrifice some tastier (but fattier foods) more often. Once you get in the habit things will work out for you. There's no magic fix for weight loss. Starving yourself is harder than making good choices, so I'd choose working out and eating healthier than starvation or getting hit by a car.

I'm 5'4. And I'm 17. I struggled with my weight too. I was almost up to 170 at one point. I eventually got down to 140, which is where I'm at now, but I don't see myself as fat though. Yes, I'd like to weigh less, like you, but considering we have the same body size and weight.. it's actually not as bad. You're fourteen, I understand. I was there. But eventually you'll grow, accept your body and it will be okay. 135 is a good weight. You should try exercising again to get back down to 135. When you do that, and it won't budge, amp up your exercising. Try different things, go to the gym, drink a lot of water. Don't starve yourself, it will work, but eventually you'll like your weight and then start eating again and your weight will shoot up. Stick to exercising, eating less (NOT STARVING), diet, count calories. People say running really helps. But the only thing you can do at your age is exercise and diet. Eat healthy, drink water, and exercise. Eventually you'll get to the weight you want. Which should be around 125.. otherwise that's way too thin. And another thing, try yoga. It tones the body and makes it lean.

well the only way to lose weight healthily and somewhat quickly is by exercising and eating healthy. here are some pointers. :] i suggest eating a healthy breakfast every morning, such as eggs, wheat toast, orange juice or water, and a side fruit. for a snack a fruit or low fat yogurt lunch: a lean meat sandwich with lettuce, tomato, etc (try to stay away from mayo) with an apple or some carrot slices. with a bottle of water snack: fruit, low fat yogurt, fiber crackers, or 100 cal little snacks from costco dinner: lean meat with side salad and green beans or corn, with water here is a website for more yummy healthy meal ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even snacks http://www.eatingwell.com/recipes_menus you shud also try to drink 6-8 (8oz) glasses of water everyday! :] this will help you lose lots of water weight some exercises: run or power walk for 45-60 minutes do 40 crunches every day, 20 in the morning & 20 at night try to do 5-10 pushups or as many as you can 10 squats 10 lunges 10 side lunges (5 on each side) lay on the floor (stomach up) and pull legs straight up in the air using only ab muscles forming a sideways "L" so it should look like _l _= your back l= your legs do 25-35 knee ups and kick ups (knee ups are when you run in place bringing your knees up as high as you can, and kick ups are when you run in place at hit your butt with your feet) i suggest switching off between these exercises 4-5 times a week but make sure to drink 6-8(8oz) glasses of water, eat healthy, and run/powerwalk EVERYDAY :] listen to music that pumps you up while exercising so you dont get bored hope this helps <3

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic! Get started today!

Dude he's freaking 14 he doesn't need hydroxycut. Man just try jogging, eating right, and some crunches. Don't try taking anything, your young enough you'll be able to burn fat easily. No need in impressing a girl losing weight. If ya doin it just do it for youself, i say screw someone who doesn't like ya for who you are anyhow.
