Question: Im 13 and weigh 45kg, Is this a good diet? Breakfast: Nothing or a tin of tuna, or a pice of fruit. Morning tea: Nothing Lunch: sandwich with salad and chicken, or salad and Tuna. Afternoon Tea; Yogurt or Fruit Dinner: Meat and veggies or waterever my parents cook but its always healthy . Dessert: Nothing Drinks: Water( Only)

The things that you do eat sound great, but you should ALWAYS have breakfast! It's so bad for you to not eat from last nights dinner to today lunch time. Skipping breakfast can cause weight gain (no idea how, that's just what studies show!) and increased risk of heart disease, so you should definitely have something in the morning! Rest of the diet sounds brilliant though!

ALWAYS EAT BREAKFAST, breakfast is the most important meal to eat, WHAT A STUPID THING TO SAY. Okay sorry, but you have to eat small portions of food throughout the day and every meal you eat have 3-5 hours Seperate from each other, so you metabolism will keep running. And never ever go to sleep in a empty stomach if your hungry at night eat a fruit, some thing healthy. And not a donut or something like that. But since your family eats healthy your good.:)

never ever ever skip breakfast. skipping breakfast will make you crave more food during the day, making you less likely to succeed in your diet plan. definitely have protein with breakfast, b/c it will keep you fuller longer.

i ate basically the same foods over and over for 5months while on a diet. and i ate between 1300 and 1500cals a day every day whether i exercised or not. only exercised 30min 3x a wk. lifting weights. wasn't my idea. i got it out of a diet book by Ellington Darden. worked great for me. lost 33lbs
