Topic: how to lose weight and tone up in two weeks?

I just had a baby 3 weeks ago and am breastfeeding so i wanna do this as healthy as possible. no crash diets or detoxing. but valentines day is in 3 weeks and thats the 6 week mark for me postpartum and i wanna look good for my husband (if you know what i mean) i have been huge for the past 9months lol and not really (sexy) anyways, i only gained 30lbs my whole pregnancy and have only 9lbs left to go before i hit my pre-pregnancy weight although i would like to get down to 105 (i'm 125 now) i know thats not possible in the next 3 weeks, however i would like to lose that extra 9. what is the best diet/workout. to do it safely since i'm breastfeeding. my stomach is pretty much flat when i stand but when i sit i have this flab that i would like to get rid of. i would like to just concentrate on my abs,thighs, and hips. any help would be apriciated.

walk (u dont like to run so just WALK)-1hour-2 hour while talking to best buds!
jump rope or hop scotch
swim(i now its freezing but in like the summer to keep healthy maybe)
sing outloud (burns lot of calories)
when doing nothing tap figures (burns calories too)
anything to keep moveing =D
youll loose up to 3-5 pounds a week if you choose 5-7 things of that list!
EAT RIGHT TIME
crud nobody eats more than 1200 calories a day normaly so dont listen to others!
and i eat less then 1100 cals a day before i tried dieting
so eat 1000 calories a day not like your gonna die
eat lot of fruit veggies crackers nuts etc
eat for dinner meat and rice
OKAY BE HAPPY DONT OVER STRESS WITH LOOSING WEIGHT!! JUST BE HAPPY AND HEALTHY! AND TIME WILL FLY AND YOULL BE SKINNY YAY! (thats a song i made up lol)

drink lots of water,tea,orange juice,milk (drink only the water alot lol)

get lots of rest like 9 hours of sleep it helps for looseing weight

You aren't going to lose more than like 2-4 lbs, really... But this is what I do to lose weight! Meals: The best way to eat is 5-6 small meals a day, or eating every three hours. The purpose of this is to REV UP your metabolism, so your just burn calories! It's also healthier than gorging at three meals a day. Plus, it curbs your appetite so you don't over eat, or binge! And never eat under 1500 calories! That's UNHEALTHY! Try to lean towards 1700-2000 calories a day! And have a cheat day! So you don't go crazy from dieting! Plus, try eating smoothies for one of your meals! A healthy one, with just fruit, yogurt, juice, and ice! This is good because they are better for digestion, plus they are healthy AND you can add protein powder to them! Which is GREAT for after an exercise! Exercise: My work out routine is very simple. I walk/jog thirty minutes a day (Or three miles) NO less! Then if you want, try lifting weights, sit-ups or crunches, squats and lunges! Building muscle will BURN calories, even when you are just laying around! So, when you get back into shape, you can get into harder work outs, and basically eat what ever you want without worry! Plus, another great workout is swimming, which is low impact, and burns TONS of calories in an hour. Don't deny this one till you try it, and it's fun. You just need the right bathing suit, goggles, and a swim cap! This is my exercise of choice! Plus, REMEMBER, protein smoothies! They help since they are essential to muscle repair, and muscle only grows when it is repairing and at rest! So never workout more than 5 times a week. OR you will WEAR yourself out, and you have to have time for your muscles to rest! Hope this helps, stay healthy, and be patient! Good things come to those who wait! And losing weight healthily can take up to 2 months for your satisfied results, so don't feel discouraged, and you may build muscle on the way that will way more than fat! But, remember, even if you start to weigh more you are burning tons of calories!
Two weeks is tough. A great diet to go on is the Special K cereal diet. you replace two meals with a bowl of special K cereal for two weeks and you loose 6 pound. Also you can try simple exercises that wont take up your time from the baby, such as Step Ups on you kitchen chairs. Give it 5 minutes, you'll feel the burn. Also you can do crunches and sit-ups during the commercials of you favorite television shows. You'll be surprised how much you seem to get done. Good luck and congrats on the baby! =)

changing your diet to only healthy foods is the best thing you can do and will ensure you will lose excess fat, if combine with walking every day , especially. Also, you will feel much better mentally.
you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.
1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, lentils or dried beans (provide much "lean" protein) , grains (Asian basmati or jasmine rice gives lots of energy and can be found at your local oriental/asian market or some super markets), & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.
(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer and a rice cooker ((Both Very cheap)) .which, used together make it very easy to prepare very nutritional, healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil , diced garlic, pepper, sliced lemon and spices on top of steamed vegetables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are very healthy for your body too.)
