Question: i need to lose a couple of pounds. i do weight training 4x a week but i see little results and im thinking its because the foods i eat. i need you guys to name healthy foods for breakfast, lunch, and dinner

lots of water, less to no pop, limit your beer/alcohol intake and try to use diet drinks whenever possible. when drinking juices, make sure that they are 100% juice and as little sugar as possible.

A good rule of thumb is eat heaving in the morning and decrease your intake over time per day. Morning should be high on protein and fiber. Extra carbs are ok in the morning where you have a fitness routine built in and committed to. Lunch should be fiber with fruit and veggies. Dinner should be small portions and low carb intake....

Try eating oatmeal in the morning with some fruits. Than at lunch you could eat a sandwitch and then for dinner you can eat some fish or some lean meat with vegetables. Replace snacks with pudding or peanut butter.

carry five grocery bags from the car to the kitchen and put the food away take out the trash wash the dishes and wipe down the kitchen counter
