Natural sleep aid? You should be fine, admittedly, I know nothing about "Hylands Calms"... but I'd be fine with melatonin or some Valerian.

Lime-blossom tea is good for insomnia. I know people who also take KALMS tablets (this is natural, no chemical). Others have a cup of warm milk.

I use Oxycodone for stomach pain, as well as Ibuprofen. At night I also take an over the counter sleep aid as well. As well as many other medications. I don't think you would be in any situation where you would have to worry about it. I also take antidepressants daily, two different types to be exact. But I don't see how mixing Excedrin, hydrocodone, and a sleep aid. This is only my thoughts, not actual medical advice - please see a professional ASAP. Cheers and good luck!

Don't take any Hydrocodone, Oxycodone, Roxy's, Xanax, Ativan, Valium, etc. unless you really need to. Unless it is an unbearable sore throat don't take that stuff. Even though that stuff is prescribed legally, it is still very bad for you. Codone = Heroin in a pill. Would you take controlled doses of heroin? I've known 3 people die in the last 4 months from taking oxys. I know people who are addicted. It is very quickly becoming a national crisis.

Take more Hydrocodone or Oxycontin. You shouldn't have to add anything else. Or you will get sick o Tylenol. Plus if you have xanx ( littlt blue pills) or anything similar it will help you sleep like a baby.

Don't ever take the sleeping pills route!! 1. They will damage your liver big time and you can get into serious health problems. 2. You will get hooked up on them and you won't be able to have a normal life any more if you don't take your pills everyday. The sleeping pills industry is damaging our health by capitalizing on our ignorance, and by distracting people from effective and natural ways to deal with this problem. I had been taking prescription sleep medications [Ambien] for over 5 years. It stopped working and I simply took more. Still did not work. Nights were very difficult - medication put me to sleep but I would wake up after 2–3 hours with a strong sympathetic response (fast pulse, pounding heartbeat, wide awake alert). It was a very difficult cycle to break. I was really in bad shape due to lack of sleep. After years of struggling I was able to cure my insomnia naturally and pretty fast. I followed the Sleep Tracks sleep optimization program, here is their official web -site if you want to take a look: http://www.insomniacure.net Ohhh..and Good Luck!

Besides warm milk, melatonin, 5-HTP and valerian you can find other remedies in web searches for "natural sleep aids" and "natural sleep remedies".
