May 26, 2019 / By Eddie Question:
I'm trying to lose about 15 pounds in 2 months. I know this is unreasonable, but I'm just wondering what the best way to lose weight is. I mean, yes I know that diet and exercise are the key. But how much exercise? What kind of diet? What kind of exercises? Also, I would like people to answer that have had to lose weight or are struggling with it themselves.

1. First start by getting up earlier than usual. Around 5:30 AM to do some of you workouts. Getting up early shocks your metabolism because the body needs more energy to get going. Right? This will start your system on the road to weight loss. That early start with about 10 minutes of stretching. Have a cup of coffee to get the blood going also.
2. Do all the sit-ups you can. Just do them. 15 or 20 whatever, we don't have a lot of time to work with. Rest 1 minute repeat, do this for 6 sets. Already you are breathing hard and feel worn, because the body is working extra hard at being up earlier and then going right into exercise. If the early morning hour lets you get your cardio in, go ahead and do it. 30 minutes.
3. Diet. Cut all current meal portions in half, just cut them in half, nothing fancy or complicated, CUT IN HALF! Cut out all bread products, all gravies, candies, chips, night snacks, etc. If you crave at night eat a banana, other fruit or best a non-fat yogurt. There are some tasty ones out there.
4. In the evening do another 6 sets of sit-ups maxing out each set. Cardio again. The trick is to stay with getting up earlier. Yes it’s hard, that’s why it is so effective. Why do you think the Army gets up so early, it is intense training to the max.

I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace dot com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. Now this doesn't mean you have to follow my foot steps but I've successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.
I observed the ebook to be very informative and handy to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply worried that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too swiftly. I will admit I have not adopted the consultant precisely. I'm no longer sticking flawlessly to the indexed meals and meal plans (however generally) and doing little or no endeavor, however the weight continues flying off. It evidently works and if I'd adopted it precisely I believe it might scare the dwelling daylights out of me given that of the quantity that I'd lose. So thank you once more for the expertise. I've by no means bought whatever like this earlier than given that they're most likely filled with trash, however 3WD has been a first-class shock. Get began in these days!

pick up a 5 or 10 pound weight at the gym and visualize that weight coming off holding the weight in your hands helps bring home just how heavy even 5 pounds of extra fat can be

I would suggest you swim laps three times every week for cardio and resistance training and do some isometric exercises at home like sit ups, push ups and chin ups, etc and do those every day.
All this exercise will burn calories and stored body fat and increase your muscle to fat ratio. Remember, muscle burns fat.
Your appetite might increase from all this exercise and you can't starve your growing muscles so I recommend you add extra lean, healthy sources of protein to your diet (cottage cheese, milk, yogurt, lean beef, chicken, fish). Also replace all refined carbs with whole grain carbs like brown rice and whole wheat bread for energy and fruits and vegetables as well. Take a multivitamin supplement daily and drink lots of water.
Things to avoid: soda, white flour, deep fried foods, "snack" foods like chips, fast foods and sugary deserts. It is okay to have a treat-- don't deny yourself. Moderation is the key.

You are going to lose weight but your diet sounds a bit odd, I mean its great things to eat when you are on a slim fast milkshake diet, but I suggest you get some higher protein in there somewhere so you can supply your body with some extra energy, and add something green in there somewhere, you know some sort of vegetable. But besides that, it looks like you know what you're doing, and you are losing weight healthy, which is good.
