I look EXTREMELY skinny when I have a shirt on, but when I take my shirt off... I have like this little belly (I HATE). How can I make that little belly go away?... I don't want to lose a lot of weight because then i will look like a skeleton!

I don't drink beer LOL. All I drink is water and juice in the morning. I drink like 10 bottles of water a day!

Do NOT listen to tommy.
Stomach exercises (Like sit-ups) will not burn fat! Because you cannot spot burn fat from a specific part of your body, thats not how your body works. If you want to lose your stomach fat you have to burn your overall bodyfat percentage my doing cardio (An exercise like runnings, swimming, etc). Doing sit-ups/crunches will be building muscle under your stomach fat and could just make your stomach look fatter. BUT since you are skinny with a fatty stomach this leads me to think your diet isnt great. Fix your diet up, start eating wholegrain foods, lean meat, fruit n veg, no soda/alcohol, etc.
Also, weight training will help alot!! When your body is building muscle it starts to burn fat too. So if you want to lose your stomach fat start exercising and eating well. Start working out (Do alot of compound movements like benchpress, dips, squats, pullups, etc). Do cardio aswell (Ill say 20 minutes a day, 10mins before working out and 10 mins after).

cut out on fatty foods and try to lower your stress level.. sometimes belly fat can be caused from stress becuase your body releases a hormone that will store fat in your stomach when it's stressed out plus when your stressed you will probaly eat more...

Measure out and about that bowl of cereal or even oatmeal, including the fruit, nut products, maple syrup, milk, and yogurt you add to it. Have a set of measuring cups and spoons on hand instead of eyeballing.

Try doing stomach exercises now and then such as sit-ups. Also, do you drink a lot of beer etc? That can lead to a big belly over time.

Here is what you need to understand if you want to lose belly fat and get ripped fast:

Don't listen to Tommy, the other dude is right on spot, I have been working out for months on end doing situps, crunches and a lot more lately I have taken on running and I am feeling better I'm burning off quite a bit, take it on and you will feel a change and take on a good diet I have, and I'm finding it tough but I'm pushing myself to, keep low carbs meals, its important to still eats meats and turn that fat in to muscle.
Glad to see dudes on here who know what they are talking about!

You can lose 3 stone in 4 months. If you try to lose it any faster most likely you will regain it all.
For weight loss, dieting is more effective than exercise.
Reducing your intake of junk sugar will help. Foods such as desserts, sweets, cakes, cookies or biscuits must be eliminated or substantially reduced. Cereals must be restricted to those that contain less than 15% total sugars and junk sugar loaded foods such as pizzas must be avoided. Junk sugar bowls must be abolished.

The natural sugars in fruit and vegetables are OK as they are metabolised to glucose slowly due to their high fiber content so they have a low to medium GI value. Fruit and vegetables are low in calories and are not fattening. Most fruit and vegetables are metabolism boosting foods and that helps for weight loss. Potatoes and sweet potatoes are exceptions and can be fattening.
