Question: hi, i weight 159 and i wanted to go down at least 20 pounds or to a healthier size. because im not happy with the way my bidy looks and my bf tells me to drop some pounds. so i was wondering how can i loose some weight or get less hungry specialy at night?

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together. If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising, start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack, disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest). Eat carrots and apples when you are hungry, and drink a glass of water afterwards.

Your weight is already loose. If it was tight, it would be muscle. If you want to LOSE weight, you need to focus on eating less and moving more. Cardio is your best friend for weight loss. Swim, treadmill, eliptical, stationary bike, jump rope, etc. for 30-60 minutes a day. Eliminate carbonated beverages from your diet and limit overall calories to 2000. Obviously cut the junk food, allow yourself one small treat a day so you don't relapse. Focus on fiber to boost your metabolism, kale truly is a super food but any green leafy food will do. Start with 3 days on, 4 off. Try to work different muscle groups on alternating days, such as day 1 legs, day 2 upper body, day 3 abs. For cardio, like I said shoot for 30+ minutes a day. On weight machines shoot for lower weight, higher reps. This will give you tone and help burn those calories. Good luck, stick with it and remember you are doing this for YOU. If you want to impress people, buy a fancy car instead.

the best way is to exercise, its a pain yes but once u get into it u feel like a new person, go to your local gym, don't work at home, alot of people have trouble finding the motivation to do workouts at home. as for your eating at night it is a very bad thing because if u go to bed after it, its turns into fat. a way to not eat at night is to either find something else to get your mind off it or you can do the trick i do sometimes which is...control yourself, u have the power to stop yourself eating, if u had a good meal for dinner why eat? you have control over your body not the other way round...its your fault it gets hungry so fast in the 1st place (sorry but its true) and you need to fix the way u have let your body control you.
