Thank you to anyone who took there time to read!
I started insanity last month to try to get toned for school, but barley lost any thing, manly because I didn't eat right, but now I have 15 days till school starts and don't know what to do. I really want to get a flat. Stomach before it starts or soon. I don't know if I should eat more or eat less. My waist is like 38 but I fit into a size small, I also have a 33 waist but also fit into small shirts, so I don't know if its something to do with my body type that might be causing me to not lose weight. I'm also muscular in my thighs and calves. So can someone please tell me what to eat in order to lose wright and what to do. I want to get slimmer no big and heavy like a bodybuilder. Thanks!

To lose belly or stomach fat, you need to walk 30 minutes every day, do sit-ups, torso-twist, lie on your back and do leg lifts. Stay away from fatty food, white bread and eat whole wheat bread , whole wheat pasta, brown rice etc...
Another good tip is to take 1 tablespoon of Apple cider vinegar every morning. This will control your hunger and help you lose fat around the stomach area.

hey im a sophmore right now and i go to the gym every-other day. i lost 40 pounds 1 year just by being active. play a sport or run/bike for about half an hour. also for a diet all i did was replace all my fatty foods (potato chips, Wendys, candy, etc.) with a healthy food i really enjoyed. i like most fruits and salad a lot. i mean you dont have to go cold turkey, you can have something unhealthy every once in a while. also if you do get those midnight munchies try to resist it because all of those calories will turn right into fat. also for your exercises you cant spot reduce (trying to loose fat in only one area of the body) you just have to keep running, lifting weights or do whatever you like to loose fat all around your body.
