Im 15, 5'2, and weight 157 pounds. Im trying to lose weight. Most of this I do already. But anyways. If I walk 3 miles a day(I do), work out and lift weights at night(I do) eat healthy and watch calorie and etc. Intake(I do) and take lipodrene, how much weight could I possibly lose? Please answer! Thank you!! :)
I meant to add how much could I lose in 5 to 6 weeks?

You could lose more weight than you need to lose. But here's the problem. You start taking prescription fat burners, it may cause your young, premature metabolism to "shut down.".
