I need to lose weight. I'm not fat. I'm just top heavy. Are their any work outs I can do to get ride of my stomach. Fast. I stopped drinking soda and eating chips. I eat healthy but not as much since school stared and I don't have time to pack lunch.

You can't expect to lose too many pounds by starving yourself. Your body will start to store any food as fat because you aren't eating. Best way is to eat low fat foods and work out consistently. Its unhealthy to lose too many lbs in one week. Get a workout buddy and goto the gym.

eat a rainbow of colors have at least one brightly colored fruit or vegetable in each meal and if appropriate eat the skins thats where youll find a powerhouse of antioxidants

Run, jumping jacks, jump rope, etc. just shake your body!!! Oh and the best I would choose is burpee! Sounds stupid but when you look it up its crazy and when you try it it's hell, but really goooooood
Also workout, I'd say exercise every other day and workout 3 times a week.
Workouts- bench press, push-ups.

ONLY...Drink water and eat apple for three days my Dr. said you will lose 5lbs. I do this on special occasions and I also do this once a month. Its easier to lose 5 to 10 lbs in the beginning of dieting but if you want to lose more than that you are going to have to put itself on a low calorie diet. The reason why its easy to lose the first few lbs mentioned is because your body is carrying most of the waste already and that itself is worth a lot of weight.
Try the apple diet the second day will be hell but you'll look great on the third day! GOOD LUCK:)
