Im 28, 5ft 1 " tall and i myself weigh just over 18 stone. the best way to lose weight in the past for me was to cut out crisps, chocolate sweets etc and use low fat spread, milk etc. and just eat healthier like 2 weetabix with semi skimmed milk on for breakfast, and 1 teaspoon of candarel sweetner. then have a mid morning snack, ie banana, half a sandwich, ryvita or crisp bread with cottage cheese, crab sticks in vinegar, i use to eat alot of crab sticks as they are virtually fat free. then for dinner a tin of vegetable or mulitagawny soup as these have less fat than the rest with 2 slices of brown bread toasted with low fat spread on and a mullerlight yoghurt. then have an afternoon snack, ie something healthy n low fat again. then for tea u could have 2 handfuls of past cooked with half a jar of dolmio sauce poured over and a tiny bit of grated cheese on. or chicken salad, anything as long as its healthy. then u can have another snack before u go to bed to stop your tummy from rumbling. but remember dnt tell yerself that you are on a diet, just think of it as healthy eating and you will soon feel the benefits and the weight will drop off. you dont want to starve yourself and lose weight quickley because when u do start having something to eat u will pile it all back on and more, so slowly and surely. i really do hopes this helps, and hope you start to feel better too, but remember it takes time and time is what u have got plenty of. take care and look after yourself. only you can do it :)

There are no fast and easy ways to lose weight and if you do something unhealthy you will gain weight or lose it and gain it back unless you do it for the rest of your life. Just cut out a lot of the breads and sugars but not all. THe thing I am doing, eat fruit and a glass of milk in the morning, or eggs and a piece of whole wheat toast, lunch a salad or something and another glass of milk, and dinner something high of protien and maybe a little bit of carbs and more milk and fruit. If you stick to whole wheat you should be fine and if you ever want something sweet jello is good for you. But exercise walk everyday or something and you will lose weight.
