DeepFreeze has an option to 'thaw' the locked hard drive so you can install programs or make changes and keep them after a restart. You probably forgot the password. In this case you are out of luck unless you can get support from the developer. If you bought it you should get their support.
If you haven't bought it, your option is to format the hard drive and do a clean install of everything.

As someone above posted, you could consistently install one other back up G1rlfriend 2.Zero software into your desktop. Just make sure your wife 1.Zero program doesn't detect it or it is going to provoke aid programs like Screams 1.0, Hysterics 1.5, DishThrow 2.0 or worse, the dreaded LorennaBobbit 5.Zero and your entire system would expertise consistent crashes, boot up failure and possible vigour plug malfunction. Additionally, if you are now not careful and don't use protection applications like Trojan 1.Zero or trust 1.5, your again up G1rlfriend 2.0 program would emerge as contaminated with a replication virus and produce an illegal pirated replica of your normal Junior 2.0 application. This will likely mechanically improve your G1lfriend 2.0 right into a M1stress 2.Zero program which require steady high priced protection. I don't have to tell you what a significant headache this can be each financially and emotionally, so install again up G1rlfriend 2.Zero applications at your own danger : P

CCleaner is the best program for cleaning web browser (and system) junk.
But what you have, from what it sounds like, is a hacked hosts file.
The hosts file is a list that maps hostnames to IP addresses. If someone hacks it, they can make it is so every time you type in yahoo.com you end up at pornspyware.com.
To look at your hosts file.
1. Open My Computer.
2. Find the hosts file:
The easiest way to find it is to do a file search for "hosts"
Here is where the hosts file is located in different versions of Windows
Windows 95 - C:windows
Windows 98 - C:\windows
Windows Me - C:\windows
Windows 2000 - C:windows\system32\drivers\etc
Windows XP - C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc
Windows NT - C:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc
Windows Vista - C:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc
3. Double click 'hosts'
4. Windows will ask you what program to open it in. Select Notepad.
The first lines are comments, describing what the hosts file is, and all the comments start with a '#' character.
After the comments, their should be only one line of text: an IP number, and a host name. It should look exactly like this without the ''.
If you see anything other IP maps, delete them. The only IP map you that should be there by default is the localhost.
Save your hosts file and exit notepad. I think you can make hosts read-only if you want to protect it from being changed again.
Here is a priceless security tip for you: You can edit your hosts file yourself in order to block the IP addresses of known malware and ad sites. Just follow the steps I laid out for opening and editing your hosts file. Replace the content of your hosts file with this http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/hosts.txt
Save and exit. You just blocked about half a million bad websites from ever touching your computer! Trust me, this will make your computer ten times more secure.
Additional Note: If you cannot open your hosts file, there may be a virus stopping you. If this is the case, you can probably get around it in Safe Mode.
