and i was wondering if i did the master cleanse and exercised a lot, how much weight i could lose??? i am 5'4'' 190 lbs :[[

The master cleanse diet is based on faulty assumptions and pseudoscience. There's nothing really miraculous about it. In fact, you might as well get a colonic irrigation as it is about the same thing. Don't want to disappoint you, but that really is the way it is.
Instead, watch your calories and what you are eating, and do the exercise. If you keep your caloric intake to between 1300-1500 calories per day, plus do 30+ minutes of a good cardio exercise, you can lose 1-2 pounds per week - which is a very healthy rate to lose weight. I know it is probably not as fast as you would like to lose it, but maintaining health is the main thing.
Eat a diet heavy on the fruits and vegetables. Avoid refined sugars and grains as they convert to fat tissue much quicker. And do that 30+ minutes of cardio per day. If you have to break it up to 3 or 4 sessions to start, that's okay. As your body gets used to it, you will be able to go longer until you can do it all at one time - which is where you want to be. Then, the exercise will kick up your metabolism for several hours afterwards, meaning more food will be converted to energy rather than to fatty tissue - which means you'll lose weight, have more energy, and feel and look better.

You don't need master cleanse.
If you exercise a lot and keep a healthy diet YOU feel comfortable to you can lose weight in no time.
I don't know about Master Cleanse, but when i want to drop weight, and keep it there, i think about what kind of diet i would like.
When you're out shopping, check for healthy breakfast stuff and plan what you want to eat for lunch and dinner and then you buy healthy nutritious foods for those meals.
If you want to eat, you should eat, just make sure it's healthy.
And you need to be comfortable with the choices you make.

I did the grasp cleanse however it simply tousled my insides in which it growled always from each and every facet of my bowels. Very embarrasing, so both my plumbing is rather unhealthy, or my frame is telling me that that nutrition is nonsense. I am on a exercise/common meals, culture difference now and I have misplaced 15 lbs in 6 weeks. I desire to keep this as a facet of my lifestyles and drop all the way down to a minimum of a measurement 12. I most effective have 20 extra kilos to head and I am very athletic, so it is a well healthful measurement for me. Sometimes too thin isn't well both. I used to be a measurement 7 (rather tiny for an athlete) 15 years in the past and I used to be in poor health always.

First off....weight loss is only ONE reason people do the master cleanse. It is also to detoxify your body by ridding your GI tract of the plaque that can build up. I have been doing this for three years before the start of rodeo season...and though the third day is the hardest for me, I managed to lose 10 pounds...most of which I know was the amount of crud that was lining my GI tract. With exercise...I lost 35 pounds total in a month after the first time with exercise after the cleanse and just by paying attention to what I ate and how much. Which...by the way...walking was the "magic" exercise regiment that I had, just up slight grades and through the woods.
I have dumped money on these "diets" that are in the stores and have had no results in the time that I needed it to. After the lemon master cleanse, many people complain they gain the weight back. I only had a minor gain in the winter months because I admit that I am less active and I eat like a hog.
My stomach shrinks on this diet and I only eat until I am NOT HUNGRY. Once you feel "stuffed", your stomach walls are stretching...therefore making you eat more to get satisfaction. By drinking Green Tea afterward..(NOT canned or bottled...TONS of sugar) and watching HOW MUCH I ATE.....it managed to keep it off.
Just because you eat "healthy" doesn't guarantee losing weight. You can eat all the weight conscious food you want...but you need to check carbs and QUANTITY. It's not necessarily WHAT you eat..but HOW MUCH.
I do it to rid my body of crap that builds up over the holidays...NOT to anticipate losing weight.
Oh...and you won't die but you should always consult a physician before you start ANY regiment.

save time and money during the week by buying lean protein such as chicken breasts in bulk and cooking a weeks worth on sunday night

One of my friends does it every few months and he does the 10 day program. The last time he did it he lost 14 pounds and he just started another 10 days this week. The main drawback is it gets kind of boring after about a week. He never really gets hungry though and has plenty of energy while doing it. The third day is the hardest.
He got the book out of the library.
You need lots of lemons to make lemonade, maple syrup, cayenne pepper and salt. You have to get up early for the salt part since it makes you go to the bathroom after about 20-60 minutes and you do NOT want to be driving when it happens.
