That is atrocious. Eating like a bird doesn't mean you ate healthy. You still need to get balanced nutrition including grains, veggies, proteins and yes even some fats. 20 nachos is NOT a balanced dinner. You're starving yourself and that's not healthy. Your body is going to start chewing on it's own muscle to get the blocks it needs to survive. I think you should go to your family doctor or parents and talk with them about wanting to eat healthier and lose weight. There is no substitute for proper eating and exercise. you MUST have physical activity. to answer your question, NO you did not eat healthy today.

Was it healthy? Yes. Was it enough food? No. The minimum amount of food you want to take in is around 1200 calories, and that is for someone who sits on their butt all day and does nothing. If you walk anywhere, climb any stairs, or pretty much do anything you will be burning calories, therefore, you need to eat that many more calories just to balance energy expenditure. Your body burns many calories for normal biological processes. Put it this way, anorexics have far more health problems than someone who is pretty overweight (notice I didn't say obese). Google a calorie counter to figure out how many calories you ate. Better ones will tell you what percent of carbs, protein, and fat. A normal recommended amount of fat is 30% of your daily caloric intake. You need fat in your diet, protein, and carbs. Your brain only uses carbs. Your muscles use protein. And fat is used for making and repairing cells as well as protection for your organs. These are just the basics. Eating too little will kill you faster than eating too much.

that sounds pretty good, healthy indeed. If you intend on walking/jogging try incorporate some sprinting in there as well, lets face it which athletes look better, sprinters, or endurance runners? Sprinters are the answer. Also do some skipping! and drink the mighty green tea. Hope you succeed in losing 10 pounds
