Question: I'm 13, and I have solid abs. I would be considered to be pretty thin, but I suck it in. I have a little baby fat or chub, i'm not really too sure how to describe it. But there is a layer of flab overtop of my stomach. How to get rid of it?

You can start lifting weights. This allows you to eat more than 2,000 calories and you might gain weight but get leaner also. All you have to do is crunches everyday. Helps a lot. And I think your weight is pretty good for ur height, but if u think ur fat you could just lose 5 pounds or so. No need to lose any more than that.

i think the best way is to do some exercise really early in the day (like before u usually wake up) and keep it up EVERY SINGLE DAY. well, unless you're sick or something but exercise is really good and it helps build muscle. also u dont have to do alot of it. just 10-20 mins is good and if u really want a nice body, 30 mins after a meal (if you're not busy) go jogging or if you're always tired or stressed, walk around the neighborhood listening to your mp3 or ipod and wave hello to everyone u know. im only 11 and im kinda underweight but i'd rather be really skinny than really chubby (dont wanna be mean and say fat) so im really active and i try to eat more and that adds up to a healthy, happy, energetic me. plus, clearing/sticking an extra space in you're schedule for dance class or swimming lessons or sumthing really active helps maintain your happiness and fitness. (dang it...i sound really grown up...)
