Question: Any suggestions, tips ect? Just in case you need to know, I'm about 5,4 and weigh about 7.4 stone. =] That's about 103.6 pounds and 163 cm in height, if you live in America. :) All help is appreciated! :P

Contrary to popular opinion, you cannot choose a place to lose weight on your body. You can tone that area or build muscle, but the only way you are going to lose the fat on this area of your body is by doing cardio and reducing your calorie intake. You will lose weight all over, including this area, however, it may be more difficult for you to lose fat in this area if that is your major problem area. Just keep doing cardio for at least 30 minutes a day, and I would suggest doing it 5 days a week. If you do crunches and sit ups, this is strengthening the muscles in this area, but the only way you are going to see the muscles is if you lose the fat. Also, eating between 1200 and 1550 calories a day will be a major key in losing some of that overall weight.

Grilled cheese is good too. The unfortunately reality is that you can't simply lose weight in one place, no matter how many crunches people tell you to do. I know, i have the same love handle affliction. It's always the first to gain and last to lose. The best way to lose weight on your love handles, or anywhere else, is with a proper diet and exercise, namely cardio.

Go swimming it is the best form of exercise it helps all your muscles so not only will you loose your love handles you will get toned all over.
