Pl avoid drugs and pl see what suits you. If you are in cold country use all warm things. Pl try cold water bath and observe if in hot country, if pain increases use warm. If you have cough/cold body hot water bath will help. Massage and exercise in front of morning sun is good thing, pl try. Pl try simple acupressure given below for immediate relief. If it fails you will have to go for Acupuncture. There is hardly any medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for RA, OA, Back ache, Ear ache/ringing, Stomach ache and almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic. Acidity, WORRY, sadness, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation; drug side effects, stress, bad smell, TV & COMPUTER SOMETIMES, Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy, BODY CONSTITUTION etc are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it. Acupuncture is the best treatment. I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see. Pain killers don't treat the pain but we loose the sense of pain for some time; in that duration our body itself treats sometime and credit goes to meds. The useless drugs have tremendous power of side effects like liver/kidney failures, ulcer, inflammation of intestines and lot more. Avoid late sleeping if possible; worry, tension, spicy foods, sour fruits, stale bakery foods, SMOKING and alcohole. Sweet foods, COCOANUT WATER,sweet fruits like dates, milk, rice, SPROUTS, SALADS and good sleep will help if cough is not there. But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it is very strong. If it is acute pl search a painful point (with round tipped pen/jimmy) 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds. For forehead/eye pain the points are in front of nails on the finger tips or 3-7 mm below. It may disappear naturally too. Alternate systems of medicine can only explain. As per science of acupuncture the pain is related to coldness energy in our body(out of wind, heat, humidity, dryness and coldness). THE MERIDIAN THROUGH WHICH THIS ENERGY FLOWS PASSES OVER HEAD. At evening this energy is maximum, hence causing pain and if you are in cold country it adds. There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. I would go see a chiropracter. I used to have headaches like that and the only thing that would help was to have my back and neck popped. I also took a coulple of tylenol to ease the pain, but if your pain is not eased until you take 7, your body is probably becoming immune to the medicine. I would try switching pain meds, and try Bayer or Advil. Also, try a hot shower and massage your head with peppermint oil (you can get it at health-food stores) I used to do this and the smell alone helped me to feel better.

A chiropractor can help with most headaches especially tension headaches but if you have had them for a long time you want to make sure there isn't a congenital problem so you will probably need x-rays. Tension headaches generally are worse in the late afternoon evening. Meds can ter up your stomach and can cause rebound headaches after long term use.

i was wondering if maybe it could be sinus. Have u tried any sinus medicines. going to a chiropractor has always helped me also. drink plenty of liquids. sometimes it can be the food U are eating also. Make sure u are eating healthy and are not allergic to any foods that u are eating. I have eaten some foods that make give me headaches. I know it sounds stupid but it happens. I can also be stress. U could ask your local pharmacist for help. Depending on where U live are there pollens in the air? allergies.maybe the result

i get headaches as well, but its because im tired. try going to bed bout an hour earlier, and stay hydrated, and relax. If you are concerned, then you can talk to your parents about it. There is also stronger tylenol, and advil, works great. Also when the headache comes, and you are at home, go into your room, and relax, with a cold washcloth on neck, or head. hope it gets better!

Honey, please go see a doctor (or go back to the doctor). Taking 7 Tylenols can really f**k up your liver. If youre in that much pain, something else is probably going on. Get it checked out.

Water, water, water is what you need to stay hydrated hun. At least 2 - 3 litres per day. Hey, you need at least 2 litres per day just to maintain aspiration (to breath)!! Headaches could be due to dehydration ~ other symptoms of dehydration are puffy bags under your eyes, dark circles under your eyes, headaches and migraines, constant yawning, constipation, bloating and cramps, inability to think clearly ♥ Also try to cut back on dehydrating drinks such as coffee, tea, sodas and soft drinks and alcohol (if you drink any) as these will not only dehydrate you terribly but also rob you of your precious B complex of vitamins ♥ A deficiency in vitamin B3 .......... never buy any of the B complex of vitamins individually, as they work best as a group, so buy them as a whole ie ~ B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 andB12 .......... will produce negative personality changes in a person and will also produce headaches and migraines, diahorrea, depression, itching skin. Eat more foods rich in this vitamin ie ~ fish, lean meats, whole wheat products, brewer's yeast, liver, eggs, roasted peanuts, the white meat of poultry, avocadoes, dates, figs and prunes ~ a handfull of steamed chicken does the trick for me when i have a cracking headache♥ Foods rich in vitamin B3 will also eliminate canker sores and often times bad breath too. it will give you healthier looking skin, increase circulation and reduce high blood pressure. It is necessary for a healthy nervous system and brain functions. Iron deficiency anemia can also cause headaches, irritability and moodiness, dizzy spells and fainting, fatigue and exhaustion, excessive feelings of coldness, paleness of skin??? Are you getting enough iron on a daily basis .......... ;0) iburofen and Tylenol will do a fine job of ripping you off of your essential complex of B vitamins .............. hence, they may work to start with but fail to actually cure the cause and only serve to bandaid the symptoms. I truly do wish you all the very best of health & vitality buddy♥ take care of you ♥ CHEERS ♥
