I want to loose a lot of weight. My goal is somewhere from 112-116. But i weight 134 lbs. Im 14, 5' 2'' and i REALLY need to loose weight, i know its not healthy to loose more than 3 lbs a week, but i really dont care.
If you watch dance moms, theirs a girl named Brooke Hyland, and shes AMAZING!!!! I really want to stuff like her, and I heard she weighs 112 lbs, and i want to try to get close to that weight.
Can someone give me a great exercise to do to improve strength and flexibility? and to tone my stomach, arms, and thighs?
I already play wii fit for about 30 minutes and stretch a lot during the day, like even when im just sitting on my couch watching tv, i find myself stretching my legs. I really could use some advice or something to stop me from eating whenever im bored.
any Advice or Tips would be great! But I cant sign up for anything because we plan on going on vacation soon out of state. I have access to a pool, wii fit, and two 10 lbs weights and two 5 lb weights.

It's extremely difficult losing even 2 pounds a week; 3 pounds... No, of course, if you want to be anorexic, which you should never even think about. If you want the easy way out, eat healthy, and try something called the P90 (not P90X, just P90), and try a meal replacement shake. You should NOT lose weight, just gain lean mass, and burn fat, thus slimming yourself out. You should let the rest of your body grow up; basically grow into your own weight.
You can work hard and eat healthy, spend a little bit of money, or stunt your growth by not eating or losing too much weight. It's your choice in the end. I will not recommend anorexia or bulimia.

dear, you are thirteen years old. i am going to assume you are a female. women gain weight. it is in our nature. i was a little less than that at your age. i am a lot heavier now. i am nothing like i was five years ago. you are still a child hun, don't worry about losing or gaining weight not when you are this young. there are people who have it far worse and dear you are not fat. oh by the way i am five foot four inches so i know what it is like to she short and have curves. you will grow into your curves as you age and puberty hits. trust me love, don't worry about your weight you will grow into it.
