There is no medication that can cure this as it's an emotional issue. All you can do is mask the symptoms and some of the suggestions you've alreayd received are good. You caould also try Valerian, which works wonderfully. People seem to differ as to what works best, so try a few and see which helps.
The one benefit big benefit of using these treatements is that it may help you calm down sufficiently to find the source of your anxiety in social situations. There is likely a stored memory from childhood that will be the key to where your anxiety comes from - probably something that has authority figures being very powerful maybe making you feel very small and powerless, or punishing you for speaking up. Try a good counsellor (I would advise someone who understands mirroring). Once you find the source, you can work to reduce or eliminate its impact on you as an adult. And this really is the only cure.
You could also spend some time before each meeting visualising some of the people who will be there doing ordinary things like blowing their nose, having their teeth cleaned at the dentist - things that reinforce that they are only people, just like you.
In the meantime, good luck!
