hi guys..i know its really late but ive been binging lately and i decided that tomorrow i want to go on a diet and get super skinny
so please tell me if my diet plan is good... i'm 5'11" and 145-150 lb i want to be around 130
so basically when i get hungry
ill drink a lot of water
then eat some cereal
then go to the bathroom and tickle the bac of my tongue
then puke out the cereal
then every time i get hungry ill repeat this process
ok so is this a good wait loss plan???
will this make me lose weight and how much weight will i lose in 1 month on this diet plan

this weight loss plan is seriously bad for ur health. take it slow and steady, u will be able to shed those pounds and keep them off. dun puke those food that u already ate. opt for a healthier diet plan. ur body will thank u for that

Most definitely start with cardio. It improves stamina and gets those muscles ready for toning exercises. 30+ minutes of cardio 3-5 times a week is what you should shoot for. If you can't do 30 minutes to start, work your way up to it. Once you get closer, start adding in some toning exercises. I've included a link to the mayo clinic's finess site. It has plenty of good information on exercising and diet.
As for your diet, you are definitely on the right path. Just make sure to keep your calorie intake between 1300-1500 per day. Any less and you won't have the energy to get the max benefit of the workout. Any more and the weight loss will be slower.
I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace dot com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. Now this doesn't mean you have to follow my foot steps but I've successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

think ahead to how youll eat and exercise on the weekends its easy to get too relaxed on saturdays and sundays but healthy living is a 7 day a week endeavor

dude. DO NOT GAG YOURSELF. It'll **** up the back of your throat from all the acid from your stomach coming up that often. Just drink a lot of water, cut back on food and exercise like the rest of us!!!

Don t skip breakfast and choose that s high in protein for energy and full of fiber to keep you satisfied for hours

Running is the best all over fat burner. If you do not like running, have breathing problems or cannot run, you can walk at an incline. For example if you walk on a treadmill at 4 mph at 10 incline for 45 minutes, you have burned 500 calories. Eat mostly fruits, vegetables, and protiens. Try to cut back on sugar or not eat anything full of sugar such as candy, cookies, etc but natural sugars (found in fruit) are fine. Here is a meal plan that will help you lose weight fast and not be too hard to follow:
2 egg whites
slice of whole wheat toast
Fiber One bar
serving size bag of Sunchips(your choice of flavor)
celery with peanut butter
breaded and baked fish (any kind you like) or chicken
peas or any kind of vegetable
protien shake (one scoop protien powder, nonfat milk, frozen fruit)
Also make sure you drink enough water. Drink one glass on nonfat skim milk a day or have it in a shake and then drink NOTHING but water. Take your weight and divide it by 2. The convert pounds to ounces. For example, if you weighed 150 lbs then divide by 2 = 75 lbs then convert to ounces - 75 ounces of water a day. Make sure to drink that much water every day.
