Question: I have normal acne like most teenagers do. But, I also have some cystic acne. Neither one are really terrible, but they are quite noticeable and annoying. I also have some acne scars on the sides of my face. I was wondering if there is any food or drink that would clear up my skin or possibly reduce the looks of my scars?

Eat and drink lots of fruits, vegetables, spices, herbs, brown rice, and other good healthy stuff. Consume lots of anti-oxidants which are great for anti aging, healing the skin, as well as many other super health benefits. You could get a juicer machine to optimize your health results, I did with organic diet and I got healthier than when I was a kid from it. Lay off the greasy meats, only eat lean healthy meats if you eat meat at all. Some say one meat meal a week is very healthy way to diet. Look up Mona Vie testimonials, acai berry, and other anti-oxidant foods and drinks. Also get some bars of sulfur soap which is a healthy way to take down the skin layers to bring out the fresh new skin. It helps eradicate scars, gets rid of burrowing mites, and brings out the fresh new skin that is deep down bringing all around skin health.

I had a friend and her mom went and bought her a ton of papayas. For about a week she ate a ton of papaya and rubbed it on her face after she washed it. It started looking way better(: Or you can use natural, plain yogurt and just rub a thin layer onto your face after you wash it. If you do it for a week it should begin to clear up (I did this and it worked really well but everyone has different skin) Good luck(;

- AVOID Peanuts or Any kind of Nut. - Drink LOTS of WATER. -when you see a new pimple forming and it looks like its Greasy or theres Alot of Oil around it, clean it with an ASTRIGENT that you can buy at pretty much any drugstore... - DON'T scratch it. You wouldn't want to look like Freddy Krueger in the future...would you? -Whenever you feel stressed...find a way to relax because Stress is known to cause pimples!! -Don't worry...this phase WILL be over once you stop puberty :D

i had bad acne for a bit but this works for me ;drink lots of water,eat vegies and fruit, keep a good diet and wash ur face with steaming water and a face wash everyday u remember! hope it clears up!

I am going to tell you what I do. I wash my face with St. Ives Apricot Scrub. Then If I have any pimple I apply Erythromycin and Benzoyl Peroxide Tropical Gel my doctor gave me. Then I moisturize with Aveeno.
