Question: Hello, I'm 19 years old and I weigh 112 lbs. I use to be about 165 and I would LOVE to get back down to that weight. I gained all of this weight by not exercising enough and eating junk food or too much food all together. I was also depressed for awhile and couldn't get myself out of the slump to do anything. Therefore, I gained weight. Recently I have decided I need to get this weight off. I want to feel good about myself and feel more energized. So I was wondering if the following diet plan and exercise would work well and fast: Breakfast: Special K cereal or oatmeal Run/walk for 45 minutes Arm/Ab exercises for 5-10 minutes Snack: Granola bar Do what needs to be done for the day Lunch: Special K cereal or turkey sandwich (bread, cheese, turkey) Do what needs to be done for the day Snack: Granola bar Walk for 20 minutes Dinner:Eat whatever is for dinner, but in small portions instead of my typical large ones Do you think this plan will work? I want to lose a good amount of weight and look better by November; do you think that is at all possible? To get down to about 175 by November? Any suggestions? I'm not doing anything crazy (diet pills, starving, etc.). I'm hoping to build some muscle up as well, will this do it? THANK YOU! ALSO! All I'm drinking is water, apple juice, and milk occasionally. I also don't want to lift weights. I'm not a big fan of lifting. I love running and walking, might even bike some. ALSO. Since I cut out all junk food I'm also on birth control. I've been told its hard to lose weight on birth control. 212 * Not 112!

All other classes are good, you should consult with a fitness trainer to give you exercise, but personally I recommend brisk walking, jogging or jogging, swimming and other exercises. The third very important factor to lose weight is a program that you do. Actually you do not need a program if you are the perfect person and always perform everything that you have said you will do. As you and I know you are human, however, it is good every day to make a plan for the next day. Write in a book, what would you eat and at what time and what you do as a sport. Carry it every day and never leave tomorrow with the hope that it will catch up. However, as I said, the most important thing about losing weight is the will and the discipline to follow your plans. The best weight loss is about two pounds per month. I am a supporter and a little faster weight loss, although it is not as useful, but believe me I know you want to see quick results, so you can purposes even 3.5 kg a month, but please do not overstep this limit because it may harm their health.

It's not necessarily to become a bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
