Firstly the doctor needs to prescribe you antibiotics.. Ethromyacin (antibiotic) to be exact. You need a two week course! Also, get yourself some Evening Primrose Oil (1,000 mg) and start taking that daily! Take it in the morning with breakfast. You will notice your skin clearing up within a week or so. Also, stay away from foundations, as they only tend to clog up skin. I also recommend that you use a good moisturiser without fragrances and a one designed for combination skin. I use Nivea daily moisturiser and it works a treat! I hope this helps a bit. If you need anymore info then please e-mail me. Edit: Oxy is great but it will dry out ones skin so you will definitely need a facial moisturiser for the morning. Use Oxy every evening after you wash your face. I recommend Nivea daily face wash and then apply the Oxy to your face. DO NOT wash it off. Let it soak in overnight and in the morning wash your face with coolish/warmish water. And then apply Nivea moisturiser.

Hello Elena :) I am obsessed with my skin care and I have suffered from bad acne, but now my skin is totally clear and I am very happy. Prepare for a long answer and please read for more information :D First off all, Neutrogean and clean & clear are the worst products you can use for your skin. I have used all their products and they do not work. The reason why they do not work, is because they contain filfthy chemicals that your beautiful skin hates. They lie when they say their products work and they haven't been scientifically proven, they just say that to get money. Also, whatever you do, don't pick your spots or touch your face, because this adds to acne. You are a teenager and getting acne is common at your age. I am 18 now and my acne has gone, because your hormones settle and your body matures. and I actually don't agree with what some other users have written First off all, drink plenty of water. Water is the key to healthy skin and when you drink water your skin looks healthier and much more glowing. You must also eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies! Vegetables are important, as they contain lots of healthy nutrients and essential vitamins. These are the veggies are eat on a daily basis: in the morning, I eat a banana with my cereal - if you eat cereal, make sure it's full wheat and natural, no chocolate or lucky charms kind of stuff. For lunch, I eat a sandwhich and I add lots of onions. Onions are so healthy and they're amazing for your skin. If you eat onions, make sure you wash your hands after and eat something else after, because onions doesn't smell too good. If you want blonde highlights for your hair, sit in the sun for 30 minutes and apply the lemon juice all over your hair. Works like a treat and saves money to the hairdresser ;] so yeah, bascially apply it on your face Clay - I put clay on my face every week and it works wonders. The clay is not the clay you use for pottery, but the healthy clay used for your face. You can buy it any health food store and make sure it's all natural. Apply the clay all over your face, especially where you have spots and leave the clay until your face feels hard and once the clay has set remove the clay. Remove the clay slowly using warm wattered cotton buds and remove it all. Do this every week and only once a week. You should notice a difference in a few days. As a moisturer only use chemical free and natural products that you can get in any health food store. You can wear a bit of make-up to cover up the spots or blemiches. Don't use foundation, because your skin won't be able to breathe properly. Use concealer. If the spots are on the side of your face, you can cover your spots with your hair :D Good luck xoxo
