The best solution is to avail a FREE TRIAL OFFER of "Acai burn". Quick-Loss AcaiBurn - Fast Weight Loss That Works is a breakthrough new formula that combines the scientific research of the West with the amazing antioxidant power of the Acai Berry.
The average weight loss was 14.99 and 12.54 pounds with key ingredients (Garcinia cambogia extract, chromium polyniconate and Gymnema sylvestre extract) in AcaiBurn vs. just 3.06 and 3.53 pounds with a placebo in two 8-week clinical studies. Both groups dieted and exercised. That means the key ingredients in AcaiBurn were found to help cause up to 450% MORE WEIGHT LOSS than dieting and exercising alone will get you

You absolutely must make time for exercise-shoot for 20 minutes per day and work your way up. Exercise will help boost your metabolism. My guess is the "snacks between meals" is killing your weight loss plan. While cheese and peanut butter are good sources of protein, they are high in fat and calories. Fruit is high in sugar. Snack on raw veggies. A healthy salad is vegetables with low fat or no fat dressing...skip the croutons, cheese, olives, and anything else that is not a vegetable.
In addition to a minimum of 20 minutes of daily exercise (you can do this..any willing body can), incorporate more exercise in your day by doing whatever it takes...walk during your lunch hour, park farther away from your destination so you have to walk farther, take the stairs not the elevator...you will surprised at what a difference this can make. BTW at 5'9, your ideal weight is not 130..not by any medical standards. I am 5'4, medically my ideal weight is up to 135 lbs. Personally, for myself I prefer 115-I am presently in between this range. I exercise regularly and watch what I eat...but I am not killing myself to reach "my ideal". Do not set your goals to high or beyond what is considered healthy,
I will tell you that as a parent who worked outside of the home, I started losing weight when I made time to exercise and I became more conscious of what I was eating. I started out walking, aprox. 1.5 miles per day. When the weather got bad, I started a Richard Simmons exercise video..laugh if you will, ok I am laughing too..but it was fun and I did lose weight. I stopped eating the "leftovers from my kids plate because I didn't want it to go to waste..."I lost 30 + lbs and have kept it off for 15 + years.
