The only weight loss supplement I recommend is a basic multivitamin.
Why not spend the money on a gym membership where you can get some actual value?
Go to any web site and you will see -
"Statements made have not been evaluated by the FDA"
That means whoever is peddling the product cannot prove it does what they claim.
Last week the FDA just rejected the third weight loss pill in as many months.
The manufacturers just cannot provide enough clinical evidence the product does what it states or does not cause other medical problems.
These drugs were submitted by reputable, publicly traded companies, not guys making pills in a rental garage. Keep your money.

green tea is not an appetite suppressant, however it helps remove toxins from the body, and has antioxident quality. it helps keep digestive system working smoothly.
dont use bottled green tea. you have to buy the dried leaves and boil them in water and strain and drink the water. adding a tea spoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice also helps.

Please do not buy into the idea that a pill or magic drink will help you. Certainly, green tea is an excellent antioxidant, but be sure not to add too much sugar, or you will negate the benefits.
If you want to eat less, eat healthier foods. You will feel much more full if you eat products labeled "whole grain", instead of white flour products or "whole wheat". Don't be afraid of eating fat, just make sure it's a healthy version of it. Stay away from too much animal fat, and stick with the fat from soy or tofu products. If you aren't used to tofu products, try mixing it with other things. Try this: Get some unsalted tortilla chips made from bean, soy, or flax (trader joe's and whole foods carries them). Cook up some tempeh with some diced onions in some grapeseed oil. If you want, use half the package of tempeh and add 1/2 pound of ground turkey. Put on top of the chips with some soy monterey jack (it's amazing, taste just like regular jack cheese!), your favorite fresh salsa, a little avocado, if desired. You will feel so full from just a little bit, and it's all healthy!
Also, take the stairs more, park your car in the furthest space, watch less TV.

You maybe pleased to here this. CHOCOLATE! But not a bar of chocolate. Pure refined cocoa. And drink it as a part of a balanced diet with skimmed milk. Real cocoa is an acquired taste and do not be tempted to add to much sugar. It is especially good at night, but please drink it in moderation, there really is no substitute for exercise, variety of foods and do drink water!

Nuts and Olive oil have healthy fats. Polyunsaturated and Monounsaturated fats fill you up so does fiber.
