Topic: This cannot be healthy.colon cleansing question?
October 20, 2019 / By Byron Question:
Is going to a russian doctor each month to get your colon cleansed a good idea?
I only did a tiny bit of research by googling "Cons of colon cleansing" and "they" recommend finding a highly-skilled doctor; someone who knows what they're doing 100 percent.
I just think my friend is taking it over board.. come on, once a month? Overkill or no?
Answers much appreciated.

Pass this advice along to your friend. All colon cleansing products are scams. Colon cleansing is wholly unnecessary and a complete waste of time, money and effort. Regardless of marketing hype, regardless of ingredients, regardless of method, regardless of testimonials, colon cleansing is quite purely and simply medical quackery. The one exception to this is when it’s prescribed medically as in preparation for an examination such as colonoscopy.
The main reason is that the colon is a continuously self-cleaning system. Everyone knows that food goes in at the top of the GI tract and the leftover waste material quite naturally comes out the other end.
There is little scientific evidence to support or refute the benefits of colon cleansing, critics say it's generally unnecessary and at times may even be harmful. Although doctors prescribe colon cleansing as preparation for medical procedures such as colonoscopy, most don't recommend it for detoxification. Their reasoning is simple: The digestive system and bowel naturally eliminate waste material and bacteria — your body doesn't need enemas or special diets or pills to do this.
If you are considering colon cleansing, consider trying these steps first:
* Drink plenty of fluids, including water
* Eat a diet rich in fiber
* Get regular exercise
Simple solution to get the same result, and you saved your money.

Fiber, fiber, and even more fiber. If you 'really' want to cleanse your colon, just be sure to eat the 100% of fiber you should be eating every day. Have caution, though, if you eat a lot of fiber -- you definitely need to drink a lot of water with it.
You will definitely notice some profound effects, and a very clean colon to boot.

Try using the Master Lemon Cleanse
I hear that the acidity of this diet flushes out nasty toxins and other stuff in your body, providing you follow it.
Wistful I was when I read that wicked dreams are wished for I can barely rest my head Empty nets, what did I fish for? A thousand leagues below shipwrecked sailors' clean bones sway with the ebb and flow. The wind above whips and moans. A vulture circling sky red tide washes ashore. The ocean floor, desert now, dry. Time will settle the score.

if your friend suggested 1 a month that is a little overboard you should try maybe 1 every 3 months.

If your diet is like most americans diets, you probably do have a large amount of fecal matter stored up and you are probably constipated. In this case, yes a good colon cleansing will cause you to lose a little bit of weight, but the real reason for doing the colon cleansing would be to clean out the toxins.
The old fecal matter is in a way poisoning you and you should change your diet eating a lot of fiber, cleanse your colon with a herbal method and consider having colonics to remove what doesn't come out with the herbal method.
You will greatly improve your health in this way, have much greater energy and may have an easier time losing weight without the yo-yo dieting.
