Question: i want to drop weight quickly. what are some good diets? i exercise everyday but im not sure how many times i should be eating a day and what i should be eating and what amount etc etc

Just keep eating good diet foods like fruit and vegetables along with low carb meals. Tuna and chicken (not fried) are favorites of mine along with lots of fruit and veg and regular steady excerise (not too exhaustive, just a brisk walk for 30 minutes each day. Quick, Easy, Healthy, Yummy Banana Bread Ingredients: Serves: 12, Yield: 1 loaf 1 cup mashed ripe banana (about 2 medium) 3/4 cup sugar (or splenda) 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 large egg white 1 large egg 1 3/4 cups flour 1 1/4 teaspoons cream of tartar 3/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt Method: 1 Preheat oven to 350. 2 Combinen first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until smooth. 3 Combine flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt in a bowl, stirring with whisk. Add flour misture to banana mixture, stirring just until moist. 4 Spoon batter into an 8x4 inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray. 5 Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan on a wire rack; remove from pan. Cool completely on rack. 6 To freeze, wrap tightly in plastic wrap, and place in a heavy-duty plastic bag. Good for up to a month Recipe 2: Vegetarian Black Bean Soup Ingredients: 2 15 ounce cans black beans, undrained 1 16 ounce can vegetable broth 1/2 cup salsa 1 tbsp chili powder shredded cheese (optional) sour cream (optional) chopped onion (optional) fresh chopped cilantro (optional) Preparation: Mash one can of black beans with potato masher or food processor. Pour both cans of beans into medium saucepan. Add vegetable broth, salsa, and chili powder. Bring to a boil. If desired top with shredded cheese, sour cream, onion, and cilantro. I didn't give amounts for the ingredients because it's up to the cook. Whatever proportions taste best are the correct ones. Ingredients: Boneless skinless chicken breast Green bell pepper Red bell pepper Orange bell pepper Yellow bell pepper Onion(s) Garlic cloves to taste Nonstick cooking spray water (about 1/2 to 3/4 cups total) salt and pepper Slice garlic as thinly as possible Chop all ingredients into bite sized pieces Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray Cook chicken until the outsides are cooked, sprinkling with salt and pepper Add bell peppers, onions, garlic slices, and enough water to barely cover the bottom of the skillet Cooking cooking on low heat. Continue adding water little by little, as it will be absorbed. Do this until onions are translucent and bell peppers are soft. Remember to turn so that it all cooks evenly. You can serve this over rice or wrapped in a tortilla. You can add salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and cheese, if you want. I hope you enjoy this as much as I did!
