The U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the Federal Trade Commission issued seven warning letters on Tuesday December 6, 2011 to companies that sell the over-the-counter products, noting they have not been approved by the FDA for weight loss. The drops do not contain hcg hormone but similar synthetic peptide amino acids. This is the first step in terminating the sale of the ineffective drops. Finally the Food and Drug Administration has taken steps to stop these possibly harmful products. Anyone that lost weight on the diet protocol only did because they were eating 500 calories a day and in starvation mode. The drops legally cannot contain any real hcg anyway. Most conscientious pharmacies have already pulled them from the shelves and others are selling down. The side effects of the hcg diet protocol are the side effects of malnutrition. These include headache, hair loss, interruption of menstrual cycles, fatigue, feeling lightheaded, disorientation, stomach pain, nausea, and diarrhea. Something to think about. One of the side effects of properly using the hcg injections to increase fertility is weight gain. So how can the hormone cause weight loss other than malnutrition? I know you hate to hear it but a healthy diet and exercise work every time. http://www.fda.gov/NewsEvents/Newsroom/P... Please read my recommendations for real weight loss at this question. 80% of weight loss is diet. You can eat a healthy diet and lose weight. You can eat a healthy diet and exercise and lose more weight. You can exercise and eat a poor diet and not lose and even gain weight. A good healthy diet high in fiber, lean meats, eggs, complex carbohydrates, whole grains, antioxidant foods, healthy beverages and low in added sugar and salt help people lose weight, lower cholesterol, increase energy, improve brain function, lower blood pressure, reduce cancer risk and have a more positive lifestyle! You need to eat a lot more food and a lot more fiber! Diets that exclude foods from any food group are fad diets and do not lead to permanent weight loss or solve any other health issues. First, try to kick your fiber intake to 40 grams of both soluble and insoluble fiber. Whatever you do, get your fiber from your food, not from a jar. Fruits and vegetables have good fiber in them. A high fiber diet increases the metabolism. Try a breakfast cereal with at least 20% of recommended daily allowance of fiber in it. They are usually low in sugar so there is a double benefit. Blueberries or raspberries on top add more fiber and antioxidants. But fresh or frozen, not the kind in syrup. Oatmeal with berries or a bit of fresh honey is also good. Raw nuts are a great source of fiber, healthy fats, and antioxidants. Avocados are the best. Lots of beans, peas, and grains are high fiber. Whole grain breads. Fiber kicks up the metabolism so you actually burn more calories. These foods will give you more gas in the beginning but if eaten daily, the bacteria in the digestive tract will elevate lowering the gas output. This will get you on the path for a healthy daily bowel movement. This helps clean the system and aids healthy digestion. A high fiber diet reduces transit time - the amount of time it takes food from when it is eaten to when it is expelled. This reduces toxicity in the system both from internally produced, ingested, and external toxins. I know it goes against everything you've heard or read but eating lots of the right foods will actually help you lose weight! Next, take an age appropriate basic daily multivitamin. Don't look at your multivitamin as nutrition but more as an insurance policy. Think of it as filling in the gaps in your daily diet as opposed to a primary source of nutrients. You have to drink lots of water to be healthy. But you can disguise it. Fill your glass all the way full with ice before pouring low sugar beverages. Try iced green tea with a splash of orange juice in it for sweet. More antioxidants. Add lemon juice to water for flavor. Slice up a cucumber and float it in pitcher of water. Gives it salty fresh taste. But you must drink up to 100 oz of water daily to help your body get rid of waste and the natural toxins. Last, you need to get 8-9 hours of quality sleep depending on your age. All recent sleep studies report a connection between poor sleep patterns and weight gain. This includes going to bed as close to the same time every night including weekends. Most of us stay up late Friday and Saturday night and it throws us off. You must combine a healthy diet with exercise to multiply the benefit. Whether an hour a day in the weight room or just a 30 minute brisk walk every day, the added benefit of a regular exercise program really do increase and accelerate healthy weight loss. I lost 30 pounds in five months by spending my money at the grocery and gym and have kept it off for three years. Less than three% of people that attempt weight loss lose it and keep it off for two years. It is not easy. It is a lifestyle change. Good luck and good health.

First of all, drink tons of water. Secondly, start eating your meals on a smaller plate that will keep your portion size under control. Do you have a track or can u walk around your neighborhood for exersize. Start out a short length, and add a little more each day. DO NOT GIVE UP! Try to stay away from fried foods, potatoes, chips, ( unless they are baked) and only eat one portion. It will tell u on the bag or can. Its usually about 15 chips . No candy, cake, ice cream. I believe they have frozen fruit popcicles that are low calories. They make 99% fat free Bologna, Ham, Turkey in the lunch meat section. Instead of bread. Roll up your piece of meat and eat it like that or put a pickle in the middle and roll it up. Of you crave ice cream, get some cool whip free and keep it in the freezer. It has hardly any calories. Celery, carrot sticks make good snacks. With your veggies, corn has a lot of calories. If you like raw veggies...that's awesome. Diet soda will make u retain water weight. Try unsweetened tea. It might take a couple days to get used to, but, its good. Sugar free jello only has 10 calories! Bananas have a lot (not a ton) of calories, so maybe one a day. Get some skim, or 1% milk, some strawberries, a banana, put about 1 and a half cups of the milk, some ice and put it all in a blender and blend it til smooth. Make _it a treat after you've lost ten pounds. Treat yourself after each ten pounds. Doesn't have to be a food treat, maybe a ring you've had your eye on, or a book. Keep moving. The more u move, the more calories you will use. After reading your question, it sounded like u were serious! I took my time writing to you, I wish you the best!! DONT U DARE CHEAT!!!! Good luck. I believe in u!!

your best to hit the gym.. get a personal trainer so they can assess your weightloss, health issues and physical limitations.... an then give u a professional training regimen and diet plan to stick with.. you dont always have to work with a trainer.. but i would advise to say purchase a 12 sessions with a trainer.. plus the gym membership.. you will find when your spending money.. u will be more serious and be more motivated to get results...then u can train on ur own once u know how your parents will help you out im sure.. but dont take any supplments right now.. dont take any pills, or things that are suppose to make u lose weight.. because u dont know the side effects of them.. and try and eat healthier.. less carbs, less sugars, less breads.. more vegetables, fruits an proteins get an assessment at the gym

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together. If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising, start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack, disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
