Question: I have been overweight almost all my life and have tried just about everything there is to try. The problem is I have such a hard time trying to stay motivated. Most times once I get started on something and it's going good, I'll be really happy and think I can do it. But then something will happen and I'll get depressed and ruin everything. I know this isn't an excuse for anything, but that's how I deal with stress. I eat. I just completed high school and I have had so many problems in my family. Too much drama, screaming, and crying. I get stressed and depressed and wonder what's the point in trying. I want to lose about 120 pounds. I am getting ready to go to college and I would like to get started on a routine that I could continue into college. Where I'm going I will get plenty of walking, but I want to get in shape a little before I go. I want any suggestions from people who have lost a lot of weight and how you did it. Answers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If you really wanna loose weight, stay focused. EVerytime you pick up junk food think to yourself, do I really wanna eat this and have maybe 5 minutes of chewing enjoyment and then have it turn into fat or do I wanna have a body Im happy and comfortable with. Set weekly realistic goals, like this week I wanna loose 2-3lbs and if you accomplish it you'll be so motivated to keep going. I know how it feels to eat when your depressed, the best advice I can give you with that is to keep yourself busy and drink water. If you really have to eat then have something healthy like fruit or yogurt. Cut down on calories, if your a guy eat 1,500, girl 1,200. I know you heard this before but exercise 3-5 times a week, even walking for a half hour is good =] I know My advise wasnt that great but I hope you can loose the weight. good luck!

If you did this, you need to see a doctor as soon as possible and have it taken out surgically. Otherwise, your gastric acid will only end up destroying whatever you used to put the cocaine in it, and you'll die from an overdose. You should not use laxatives.

1) Was it in a bag? If not, you would have already absorbed it. 2) food will digest and pass usually within 5-8 hours. If taking a laxative did not produce a bowel movement, you may have a blockage and need to seek medical attention. 3) Go to the local urgent care clinic and they will check your abdomen for a block. **hospitals will not judge you or report you to police*** If you absolutely refuse to seek medical care, at least you could try a\ cleansing enema. (NOT barium). Go to the local drug store and get a 1000cc enema bag, that will clear out anything you have in your intestines if their is no block.

I am on a healthful dieting. A vitamin is dangerous. I consume a well breakfast like fruit all bran. Lunch is a gigantic plate of part veg or salad and the opposite part anything like sassages and mash or flippantly buttered bread. Try to consume round one hundred energy an afternoon and the quantity of weight relies on the scale you're now and the amout you check out. For tea have a small meal as early as feasible.

Have you tried Weight Watchers? Its a very healthy "life style" change(they don't call it a diet:). It is very easy to follow and works great. You can eat pretty much anything with in reason. I lost a lot of weight doing it. Try it on-line if you don't like going to meetings (I don't). They have a really easy program to track what you eat and your exercise. And they have great boards with very supportive people. www.weightwatchers.com

I am in the process of losing weight and this is how I have been successful. First off no soda... not even diet. Drink lots of water. Breakfast 2 or 3 Egg Whites. Couple Pieces of Ham or Turkey cut up. Some 2% Reduced Fat Chesse. 1/4 cup Vanilla Non Fat Yogurt Medium Sized Banana Lunch I usually make a chef salad with ham or turkey lunch meat, 2% cheese, and vegetables you want on it and a non fat dressing. Dinner Chicken and Fish are your friend. You can eat quite a bit for very little calories and very little fat. Have some steamed vegetables with it and you are good to go. Snacks I'm trying to lose weight but also trying to gain muscle so I make protein shakes with fresh fruit blended in them. Pistachios, Rice Cakes, Turkey Jerky, hummus with carrots or something and Fruit also make great snacks. I use to be like you eating tons of fast food and also was addicted to Coca Cola. Its not easy but if you stay dedicated you can get the results you are looking for.
