Question: I've checked around online for quick solutions but I have no idea what's the right way to go. I'm fifteen and I've suffered from obesity when I was younger I dropped alot of weight when I hit high school and now I'd like to take it a step further and lose that last layer of fat to have a nicer body for this upcoming summer. I've always been built like a bear and like my grandfather just from working all his life it was easy for him to gain muscle. I have muscle and strength just the fat is covering that. So I need to know what is the quick solution to burn off that fat and have a bit of a tones body by july. What is the most productive way to achieve that.

Lots of cardio, you would be amazed what a treadmill followed by a stairmaster does for your body. It will get rid of excess fat as much as possible, just takes alot of dedication and motivation!

1. drink lots of water. carry around a water bottle with you to encourage t. water will help to fill your tummy and supress your appetite. 2. casual exercise. if you dont have time to go for a run, do things differently so you are working exersise into your routine, eg, taking the stars, riding your bike to school/work, if you drop somthing on the ground squat to pick it up, etc 3. eat 5 small eals a day instead of 3 big ones. 4. eat a big, healthy breakfast

When I first started high school I weighed 200 pounds and was 5'10". Since then I've lost over 35 pounds. I've grown about 3 inches which has definitely made me look a lot thinner. Exercise and cardio is a good way to lose weight, however I feel like you will drop a lot more weight when you get into your junior year just because your body and hormones will be a little more stable. I have always been big, not just fat but tall,and my shoulders are very wide also. I feel like you might be just like me and by the end of high school you'll love your body since you had all that weight earlier which makes muscle very easy to build(haha girls love tall,big toned guys). But I had the same problem that I guess you are having (having that extra 5-10 pounds), and recently I have solved that. It is not a way that I recommend at all, but recently I have started taking Adderall, a drug prescribed for ADHD/ADD. It's widely abused and is very easy to find in high school. Its a stimulant, which increases mental and physical abilities, and decreases the FEELING of need for food and sleep. This combination has definitely made me lose the stubborn weight, made it able for me to gain massive amounts of muscle and get that toned look. It has also helped my grades enormously haha. Of course this drug is prescribed to me :)

It's a whole lot more fun putting that fat on than it is taking if off. It takes dedication, determination & discipline. Dump the junk food, fast food garbage & sugary sweet soda's. Get on a good, healthy, balanced diet including plenty of boiled or steamed vegetables. Drink lots of water, fruit juices & fat free milk to help keep the traffic flowing. Snack on plenty of RAW fruit & veggies. Make sure you eat a good, balanced breakfast daily. You get your energy for the day from your breakfast meal. Get up one hour early every morning & take a BRISK 30 minute walk - then - do the same thing again in the evening after dinner. Start doing push ups - pull ups - sit ups & skipping rope.
