changing your diet to only healthy foods is the best thing you can do and will ensure you will lose weight if combine with walking everyday especially. you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average. 1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day. (btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)

I do NOT reccomend WW for a few reasons. My mom went on Weight Watchers and was pretty much brainwashed. I worry about her because she became so obsessed she put her two cats on diets (I'm NOT kidding) and when my neice was born, she monitered the amount of "fatty" milk she had in her bottles. She was never like that before she joined WW, and I worry about what they did to her. I know a few other people who've worried about relatives behavior after coming out of WW. If you want to drop the weight and keep it off, here's a trick. I'm the same way that you are (almost EXACTLY height/weight, I'm an inch taller and 10 pounds taller than you are). And I've been watching what I eat and working out..I feel more energized and love how healthy I feel. I eat my necessary fruits/veggies every day and usually have: 300 Cal/Breakfast, 400 Lunch, 100 Snack, 500 Dinner and 100 Snack. I eat what I want but I watch my portions and make sure I have the essentials down first. I also work out 5 times/week, walking briskly for about three miles. It's unbelievable how much better I feel. Good luck, email me if you need a partner in this, it's so much easier!

fast food is salty food if you cut back on the salt in a few weeks youll be able to better taste the natural salts in food and may not crave the junk as much as you used to
