Question: How do i lose weight ?i have tried b4 but i cant. i love food an have tried to diet but i HAVE to eat! Help me!!!!!!!!!1

Loosing weight fast is always an unhealthy thing. There are many diets who tell you that you can loose a lot of weight in no time. And it is working, but you are doing no good to your body. And there's also the Jojo-effect. The best thing to loose and hold a healthy weight is healthy food, less sugar, lots of drinking water, and sports. Diet has to begin in your head. And you already started to think about your nutrition. That's an important step. It is too easy just to make a magazine-diet for 2-3 weeks and loose some weight. But it will come back soon again. If you are over-thinking your nutrition and activity, you will have a constantly good result. Isn't that much better and healthier than a crash-diet ? I agree that diet pills are a bad idea. And I wonder how many people have had their health utterly ruined by them. What you do about your hair and beard is up to you, so whatever rocks your boat! I don't know where you're starting from weight-wise, so use a bit of caution. 1) Drink water. It will keep you from dehydrating and help keep you from feeling hungry. 2)Cut back on fried and fast foods. Those are loaded with grease and fat. 3)Try eating more whole grains, and more fruits and vegetables. Some whole-grain breads are actually very tasty! 4)Take your time eating: Your stomach needs about 20 minutes to realize that it's full. When you are full (not stuffed!) stop eating. 5)Exercise. That will build muscle and burn off fat. There are a number of excellent programs out there. Good luck!

Some unhealthy ways could be taking drugs. Yes, yes, I know, its horrible, but certain drugs make you drop weight in a SNAP. Try 5lbs in about two days. Also, sorbitol, an replacement for sugars in gum and candies can make you lose weight aswell. Try eating a pack of sugar-free gum a day (expensive, I know), and make sure that it contains SORBITOL. It usually says this on the front of the package in the right bottom hand corner. Unfortunately it may cause some diarrhea, but its part of the weight-lose process. Some healthy ways are eating several low-calorie high-protein meals a day. Around 5 small meals keeps your metabolism running and drinking green tea can help speed it up. Whatever you decide to do, make sure you EAT. Even if the results from not eating are nice at first, they WILL turn nasty. But I'm sure that you're gorgeous as you are, and what kind of guy really wants a girl who's a stick anyways? :)

you have to get used to eating good foods. im also trying to loose weight and yes it is hard. eat in small proportions. also exercise atleast 90 minutes a day. running is the best and if you can't run for a long period of time, then start out with a walk or jog and after a week or two you will be able to run easier without breathing hard or getting cramps. try running, playing dance dance revolution(a fun workout where you will see results quick), and ride your bike. Another good thing for the eating food is have one cheat day a month. dont totally gain it all back on your cheetday. Choose one meal like dinner, and eat something you enjoy that you wouldn't eat on a diet. I really wish you the best of luck with your weight loss. I hope I helped

eat small portions like 4-5 times a day that way you can eat lots of times and not gain weight.but watch wat you eat eat what you want but not junk food all the time (once in a while).drink 8-10 cups of ice cold water a day. drink it during the day not all at the same time.dont drink too much soda.

Of course losing weight is losing fat. You do not want to lose muscle so that is why you exercise and eat a balanced diet without junk food. That stuff is really bad for you in many ways.
