Eat small meals every 2 3 hours. Protein, carbs, fat in a 40/40/20 ratio. More carbs am, less pm. Drink a lot of water. Fresh fruit & veggies. Lean meat & fish. Do some exercise-cardio or weights as soon as you wake, before you eat. Jacks up your metabolism. And 200-400 mg of caffeine is a good fat burner. Better in a pill than coffee. Needless to say- no junk. Oh, & vary calories. Go very low for a few days, say 1500-then jack it up to normal. This keeps your metabolism guessing. Worst thing you can do is eat the same thing all the time.

Do a lot of weight lifting. The building of muscle burns fat continuously. Muscle burns fat faster than other bodily tissues. Proteins take longer to digest and helps keep hunger at bay longer. Eating 5 or 6 smaller meals a day keeps the body's metabolism revved up.

Oatmeal, foods that have tons of fiber. Lay off the breads and carbs. The more protein you eat, chicken, fish, turkey etc you will loose more. Also, I have a salad before every meal and that fills me up. Veggies, also, eating an apple before you eat a meal you can burn up to 120 extra calories. Make sure to drink water, no soda, or much caffine. Also, green tea works well. Eating foods that are spicy speed up the metabolism. Have fun. These are just a few suggestions.

I'll try to answer exactly how you worded your question. There is no food that can help you burn fat faster. For metaboish, lots of people already answered that, fruit and vegetables. To be more active I strongly suggest Nuts, any kind. In general if you are trying to loose weight just eat less, than usual for some 20 days, then cut again on food intake, you'll see results within 2 months.

Protein and fat. Eat food in as natural a state as possible. Avoid all refined carbs. Drink only water and black coffee. Spartan to say the least but works!

Eat high protein meals. Six a day is good, but it is not a magic number. Just eat when you're hungry, enough to feel satisfied, not stuffed. Since you are stay-at-home, this should be possible, rather than working in a job with a set lunch hour. Make sure these meals are a LOT of protein, very low fat, and low sugar, and low carb. Carbs are bad!! So your rice and french fries are not good for you. It is perfectly fine to eat after 7 PM, but try to make that your healthiet meal because you won't be burning it off as quickly. Breakfast should be the largest meal. You said you are a big sauce person, which can be good or bad. Creamy sauces usually have more calories than the meal itself. Clear-ish sauces or like meat-sauces can be healthy. Try to look for ingredients and nutrition information. The fat content and suagr should be low. Carbs should be low. Protein should be high. Calories numbers don't matter as much. try drinking a full glass of water before you eat, whether it is a meal or a tiny snack, or even a piece of chocolate. THis will make you feel fuller so you wont' eat as much, but since you still eat (even though it is less) you won't be depriving yourself and won't be tempted to cheat. Try to gert exercise. It sounds like you have weight lifting down (sounds cute..) but you should be getting a lot more cardio. When you watch TV or read, stand. Whn you go on the computer, do it standing. Try to pace back and forth whenever you can and run when someone else is taking care of the baby. And don't dirnk soda!!!!!!!!!!!!! they are directly linked to obesity.
