Honestly, this may sound like a smartassed answer, but regular exercise. I felt that way when I was in 4th grade. You should be getting 2 cups of fruit a day, 3 cups of vegetables, 8 ounces of grains, 6 1/2 ounces of protein, 3 cups of dairy, and oils are actually recommended to get often as well. You don't want to get too much or too little of these a day, and it really pays off. Then I'm pretty sure you know there needs to be that 60 minutes of exercise. I usually do sit ups with my feet propped under my bed frame and I jogged around the block with my dog. o3o I hope I helped, dear~

Some good excersises. about hair try and maybe if you have money to spend on stuff like this get extenstions because your hair only grows n average of half n inch a month so it wont grow fast. but gettin extensions wil help you with that. just make sure its 100% human hair :) Sunday - Try running a mile then walking a mile. If you can't do the full mile running that is fine. Push as far as you can. Monday - Run .10 mile sprints 5 times. Cool down between each. Jog/speed walk .5 mile. Tuesday - Ride a stationary bike for 45 minutes. Then do 35 of each. Sit ups Crunches Bicycle Sit ups Wednesday - Take off and let your body heal. Thursday - Run again. Same as Monday. Push as best you can. Friday - Weight Training. Work on your upper boddy and lower body. Saturday - Take off. Lose 10 pounds in 3 days, safely Ok, I thought this was pretty cool, only bad thing is it has to be followed exactly, and its considered a safe diet..meaning that its perfectly healthy for you This diet was taken from Quick Weight Loss Diets and must be followed exactly. If you adhere to this diet, the Miami Heart Institute claims you can lose 10 lbs in 3 days, or 40 lbs in a month. Do not vary or substitute any below food. Salt and pepper may be used, but no other seasoning is allowed. Where no quantity is given, there are no restrictions other than common sense. This diet is to be followed three days at a time. After 3 days of dieting you can eat normal food, just don’t overdo it. After 4 days, start on the 3-day diet again. This is a safe diet. AND NO SNACKING! These are really good.. I garuntee you will loose 10 pounds in a month if you follow the exercises and you will looos 5 pounds if you follow the diet I gave you :) I know you probably think she hasn't tried it so how does she know but my mom tried it and it worked for her.. follow t he exercises and do the diet and you will loose the weight you want to lose :)

Either low carb diet or if you're mentally tough enough, try a keto run. As far as exercise, squats, deadlifts, bench press, shoulder press, military press, incline press, plyometrics, sprinting, and jump rope are all beneficial at both bulking up and losing fat. Jump rope may seem childish, but it actually is a great way to improve coordination, burn fat, and gain leg muscle. And as far as the amount of weight for the exercises I listed, the heavier the better! :) good luck!!

There is no way to do this "Fast". Start running, lifting weights that are at your level and eat a balanced diet. (http://www.helpguide.org/life/healthy_eating_diet.htm may help)

Yeh that's reasonably healthy but your whole approach to food does not seem too good. It's normal not to feel hungry after exercising but you are right - not eating all day is bad. If you want to eat healthy and light, eat a lot of raw fruits and vegetables and seeds and nuts. Maybe you should get some information of what the most nutritous foods are. Have you heard of the Nutritarian Diet? If not go an find out about it because it has a method of measuring nutrients in foods so you can find out the best foods to eat for a healthy diet.
