I am 13 and overweight. I have already talked to my mom about losing weight, and now I need a good website, that is free, that I can use to help me track my weight loss and exercise. Some good weight loss tips would also be very helpful. I really want to have people wow at me. because if I was leaner, I think I would look really good. But I need some help! Thanks Bunches! :D

Self magazine is a great website. You'll have to register, but then you get a workout log, and a food diary where you keep up with what you eat and do. It's got a lot of fitness videos and weight loss tips.

You have made a clear decision to lose weight. Whey are you now looking for external sources to help you? Internal motivation (you clearly have it)! Is the best motivator.
This is how internal motivation works:
External motivation: If you do not get "good weight loss websites" then you can abandon your weight loss program and say that the web site said this and the web site said that. I still did not lose weight.
Internal motivation: It does not matter what the web site said. You want to lose weight. You readjust your eating habits until the desired goal is achieved. You control it, it is your commitment. If you stop the program you will feel responsible for it. If you succeed ---> Success breeds success. Good luck.
