Garcinia cambogia is the latest in a long line of "magic weight loss" supplements.
Right behind acai, green tea capsules, maquiberry, hoodia, moyoberry, green coffee extract, gojiberry, fruta planta, hoodia, ma huang, raspberry ketones, and african mango seed extract.
See a pattern here? Magic exotic plants or extracts.
I wish Dr. Oz would quit "investigating" these unapproved weight loss supplements that send sales through the roof.
Supplements are not regulated since they do not contain any controlled compound. Consumer Reports tested several a few years back and 70% of them did not contain listed amounts or ingredients.
There is no such thing as a free trial for any of these products. Buried in the Terms and Conditions page is a statement that you will be billed and shipped additional product if you do not cancel a subscription you didn't know you were signing up for.
The only "free trials" would not require any credit card or banking information. They aren't out there.
At your age I wouldn't recommend it. You're still growing and developing. Your metabolism is already fast enough! It could really damage your system.
If you want another opinion seek your doctor.
But seriously, you want to lose fat? Eat clean, healthy food, drink at least 2 litres a day and exercise will take care of that soon enough, with the added benefit that after the fat sheds off you'll look toned, slim and will be energenic and fit.
Try to lower/stop your intake of: sugars, sodas, processed foods, dairy, alcohol (if you drink that is), too many carbs, white carbs (like rice and bread), potatoes, fried oily foods, red meat, etc.
Eat more vegetables, fruit, brown carbs (brown rice, whole meal/grain bread), protein (chicken, fish, eggs)
Drink tea also, especially green tea and mulberry tea as these up your metabolism at a healthy rate and are full of antioxidants!
Exercise 3-5 times a week with cardio and 2-3 times a week with strength training.
