Here's some menu suggestions: Roasted White Chicken w/red wedge potatoes, zucchini and a carrot/celery blend White Chicken Alfredo w/fettuccini noodles, carrots, broccoli Meatloaf & gravy w/mashed potatoes, green beans, corn Beef patty w/gravy, red wedge potatoes, carrots and green peas Meat lasagna, carrots, green beans White chicken and gravy over noodles w/ corn and broccoli Boneless pork patty w/BBQ sauce, sweet potatoes, a zucchini & onion blend and cauliflower with red pepper (chopped) mixed in Fish Fillet (lightly breaded and baked) with a rice blend, carrots, and a broccoli/chopped red pepper blend Meatloaf Stroganoff over noodles, carrots, and broccoli White Chicken and Penne with creamy tomato basil sauce, green beans with onions, and red peppers and cauliflower blend (Fruits and vegetables are high in fiber....important for good colon health. Notice the above meals each have 2 vegetables and a protein. If you're required to make a dessert, keep it light and use fruit in the recipe....apples also high in fiber...keep recipe low in sugar or use sugar-free like Splenda and Truvia ...they each have websites: splenda.com and truvia.com)

Put a piece of salmon in some foil, brush both sides with olive oil and salt and pepper both sides of the salmon, pour a little white wine over the top (about 2 tbsp??? I always just eyeball it), pour lemon juice over top as well, sprinkle with some fresh rosemary, layer a couple of lemon slices over top, sprinkle some capers over top, fold the foil in to make a purse, and put on the grill for 10 min (or bake in the oven for about 20). So good, and moist!!! Great flavors, and VERY healthy!

Make sure you read the labels and stay away from hydrogenated oils and enriched ingredients and high fructose corn syrup. You want to look for whole grains. Try whole wheat pita bread with hummus (I don't like the flavored ones. The natural one tastes way better!) and veggies. You can even grill the veggies with olive oil and salt and pepper. You can throw in some spinach in there too! Don't give up! There are so many healthy recipes out there. Try Allrecipes.com. Great website!

In my opinion i like stir fries, and which you can chop up anything veg you love utilising like mushrooms, peppers, onions, courgettes, ...The list is unending, and chop them up upfront. Put them in an hermetic container and theyare capable to make use of while you get in and go straight into the pan and best take a couple of minutes to cook dinner with some contemporary chicken, red meat prawns, whatever you fancy. Additionally soups are quality and can be made in batches after which chilled or frozen, they're very filling too. That you may test with all forms of soups like butternut squash, carrot and coriander, tomato, bean soups and even chook soup, again the list is never-ending. That you could also heat up a cup of your soup for a snack in the event you believe hungry and tired between meals. An extra alternative is do your cooking on the weekend and freeze or chill it so the only thing you ought to do is pop it in the microwave while you get residence. This might be pasta bakes, fish pie, stews and casseroles.. All healthful and none of the sugar and salt and unhealthy fats that are within the usual able meal. One more tip is continually hold frozen veg, lean meat and fish within the freezer for whilst you want it. That you may defrost it to make use of on your ready foods by means of the week, however that you may additionally microwave them from frozen in an emergency and make a flawlessly healthy meal. This is additionally just right as the frozen meals won't go obsolete like contemporary chilled food can, and so nothing is wasted.
