I always just eyeball it), pour lemon juice over top as well, sprinkle with some fresh rosemary, layer a couple of lemon slices over top, sprinkle some capers over top, fold the foil in to make a purse, and put on the grill for 10 min (or bake in the oven for about 20). So good, and moist!!! Great flavors, and VERY healthy!
