Question: Hi i am 5'0 and i am 130 pounds i am not focoused on losing weight i just want to lose my fat. Especially my belly and face/chin fat. But the problem is is that i am a very picky eater, I do NOT eat any kind of seafood whatsoever that means no fish no shellfish nothing from the sea! I also hate peas corn and asparagus. Anyways i want to lose all my body fat how can i?

Diets are never a good way to lose weight. If you want to lose weight, you need to change your lifestyle. Eat healthy. Exercise. You don't need to go to the gym, you can take a walk, run, or do workouts at your house. Not eating will make you unhealthy and sick. Eat small portions, every so hours. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner!

Believe it or not, you need to eat more times a day. Eating 5-6 meals a day will speed up your metabolism rate and you will quickly see the pounds melt away. There's a catch. I said small meals. Foods that are low in fat and calories are preferrable. No sweets or candy. If you have a sweet tooth. There are low fat/low carb ice creams or sugarfree jello packs you can buy. They are suprisingly very good. Carbs are okay, but in moderation. Try to eliminate carbs from your later meals. That way when you go to sleep your body will burn fat and not the carbs you just ate. Also try walking at first once or twice a day. If you normally take an elevator places, take the stairs instead. Work on your cardiovascular system along with the diet. That 18-20 lbs you want to lose is easily reachable with this kind of diet. Your body will take a little time to get used to the change in eating habits, but once it does, your appetite will adjust accordingly. Also it wouldn't hurt to try Hoodia pills. This is a proven dietary supplement that basically diminshes your appetite for food. I used it for two months and I could greatly tell the differnece in my appetite.
