Topic: Should i start taking weight gainer subtance?

i am 16 years of age, almost 17 in 2 months time. i weigh 11 stone and i am 5'10-5'11 tall.
please answer and let me know whether the wieght gain subtance would benefit for me and is it alright for me to use? i do play football and go gym on a regular basis.
answers are greatly appreciated. xx

To gain weight increase your calorie intake, don't eat unhealthy trans fats or saturated fats found in fried foods, snacks, cheese and ice cream. Instead eat extra portions of healthy high calorie omega-3 fatty acids foods like tuna, salmon, flax seed, walnuts, cauliflower, cabbage and brussels sprouts. Drink milk and fruit juices instead of soda.
Increase your muscle mass by adding more protein to your diet.
In between meals drink a protein shake (Ensure/Carnation Instant Breakfast/Boost) eat nuts, lean meats, fish, baked or grilled poultry and especially peanut butter. (GNC's Pro Mass muscle/weight gain powder works the same way except with added carbs, but more expensive)
Eat nutritional simple and complex carbohydrates, fruit, vegetables, beans, pasta and whole grain bread and cereals for energy and sustenance. (corn, apple sauce, raisins, dried dates and sweet potatoes are highest in healthy carbs)
Exercise is important for healthy weight gain and increased muscle mass. Daily walking/hiking in the sunshine for 15 - 20 minutes, your body will produce vitamin D to enhance it's ability to absorb calcium and your brain releases endorphins to naturally lift your mood. Aerobic exercises such as running, bicycling, etc. burn calories and raise your metabolism which will cause you to lose weight. It's best to exercise with resistance training like lifting weights.

I weighed about the same amount, and I started taking protein and exercising on a regular basis. They sale it at the grocer you can get it in like vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry. But it builds muscle instead of just body fat, so you're not getting fatter, you're gaining body muscle, which trust looks a lot better than body fat. Also try eating more meats, like lean ground beef and vegetables and fruits.
NO! You are on the height of your grownup hood. Your metabolism is going for walks top. When I was once your age I was once out going for walks gambling boys chase the ladies or women chase the men. Something with going for walks or jogging. More of this and earlier than you are aware of it you are going to be skinny. It works take a look at it. But if you're now not the going for walks jogging sort cross swimming with peers its a laugh rather of simply siting within the water swim make it a race from one finish of the pool to the opposite.
when out at a restaurant ask the server to hold the bread snack mix or chips and salsa that might come before the meal if you re hungry youll be tempted
If you want to gain more weight than please take the low fat/low calorie protein shake.Please don't take it regularly and please don't take it unless your going to do heavy exercise.
