Question: i just cant seem to lose any weight i want to lose around 40 to 50 pounds but i just cant every time i try to go on a diet i crack ten days was my best and then i end up drink a bottle of coke coke is like drugs to me i cant seem to lose weight i exercise find any tips?? please and how long will it take me to lose the weight when im on my diet plan?

Water cleanses the system and rehydrate our body and its not a alternative for weight reduction. If you want to loose weight in some amount eat healthy food and live a active lifestyle. Some exercise is also very important. The extra weight u put on is the result of consuming more calories than required so it is not possible and also unrealistic to take it off quickly. body weight is controlled by the number of calories you eat and the number of calories you use each day. So, if you consume fewer calories than you burn, you will lose weight. You can do this by becoming more physically active with little dietary restriction rather than keep yourself hungry and craving for foods. Have lots of vegetables and salads, fresh fruits, little nuts, sufficient amount of proteins, skimmed milk, yogurt, lean meat, 2-3 teaspoon of oil per day only, non thickened soups (no corn flour), whole grains. Try to use boiled/steamed vegetables, meat. Prefer brown bread instead of white bread. Oats and corn flakes along with any fruit and little nuts is a healthy option for breakfast. Can have boiled egg without yellow portion. Say NO to fatty foods, butter, sweetened fruit juices, carbonated beverages...colas/soft drinks and all high calorie foods... chocolates, cakes with icing, junk food etc, potatoes. Don’t try to take foods that are made of white flour for example white bread, cakes, pasta etc and food contain sugar such as cookies, ice cream, candy etc. Avoid bananas and other fruits with high calories. Usually citrus fruits are low in calories, papaya, pineapple, melon, watermelon all have high water content and low in calories. Usually those fruits are high in water content are low in calories. But you can binge on roasted nuts (fistful), any fresh fruits, unsweetened fruit juice, anything roasted or boiled is always the best option. Drink 8-10 glasses of water. But you can treat yourself once a week or fortnightly to avoid cravings for food items of your choice with a small portion. But I'll not suggest you to go for crash dieting or to skip any of your meal as it is very much unhealthy. Have 5-6 small meals a day rather than 2 large meals. Exercise will help you to boost your respiratory system. These simple dietary habits along with exercise will help you to loose help in a very healthy way with out any eating disorders without spending a single penny for special diets or anything else. Start your exercising slowly and gradually increase the intensity. Trying too hard at first can lead to injury. And you will stay healthy as long as follow these simple guidelines. Walking is the best exercise. Rapid weight reduction will destroy our metabolism and in the future the proportion of gaining weight is much higher. This diet will take 3 to 6 months and when u feel that u have achieved your desired weight then make this is as a Life Style change for you entire life. Remember do not focus on just losing weight; try to concentrate on healthy diet forever so that you will never have to loose weight again. Good luck !!!

I agree that diet pills are a bad idea. And I wonder how many people have had their health utterly ruined by them. What you do about your hair and beard is up to you, so whatever rocks your boat! I don't know where you're starting from weight-wise, so use a bit of caution. 1) Drink water. It will keep you from dehydrating and help keep you from feeling hungry. 2)Cut back on fried and fast foods. Those are loaded with grease and fat. 3)Try eating more whole grains, and more fruits and vegetables. Some whole-grain breads are actually very tasty! 4)Take your time eating: Your stomach needs about 20 minutes to realize that it's full. When you are full (not stuffed!) stop eating. 5)Exercise. That will build muscle and burn off fat. There are a number of excellent programs out there. Good luck!

if you have a seperate room keep small useful exercise equipment use those equipment while reading and listening songs

distracted dining will get you in trouble avoid eating in front of a television or in a movie theater as you re bound to consume more calories

Of course losing weight is losing fat. You do not want to lose muscle so that is why you exercise and eat a balanced diet without junk food. That stuff is really bad for you in many ways.
