I weight 215, and I want to be atleast 180 in the summer. What kind if workouts and food should I be eating? I'm planning on doing 250 jumping jacks, 200 squats, 100 lounges, and 100 jump squats, and drink water everyday and cutting down on my eating, am I doin the right stuff to help me lose weight fast?

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Okay so you want to lose weight in 2 weeks.
ANd for a grade 8 weighing that much is okay because of your height
First you have to control eating because if you do lots of activities and still eat junkfood then that wont help at all.
If you really want to eat those fast food then eat it once in 2 weeks. NOT EVERYDAY!!
Running or jogging in the afternoon is a good idea to lose weight because your burning the calories you took. Doing activties like playing sports makes you sweat. If you sweat your burning it off.Your on the right task. When the weather is nice outside go do lots of things. But when it goes to winter or fall, i prefer you to do 50-100 situp everyday to get the flat stomach Or run up the stairs( outside or inside) from top to bottom for 30 min. Whatever you metion try it.
Controling your diet is going to be hard but once your use to it. it will be easy. Trust me!:) Eat vegetables and fruits daily.Instead of potatos chips eat a fruit salad. Drink Water 8 times a day. When your cooking a meal dont add lots of oil. When your at a party dont eat lot that you want more. Once someone turns fat its hard to lose weight. Always look at the facts in the food box if its over 300 calories Dont eat it because 3500 calories= 1 pound. and you have to lose that much to lose 1 pound.
Dont eat after 7:00 pm and eat 3-4 healthy meals everyday

If u want to loose weight the best and fastest way is cardio workouts.
That means Jogging ,cycling etc
and u got to push it a bit u can't just walk or stroll u need to jogging at least over 70% of your max if you want to see any psychical results.
the 50 jumping jacks, 200 squats, 100 lounges, and 100 jump squats is a good way to get into shape and build strength but u r aren't going to loose a lot of weight that way(but u are going to feel much better and stronger) and by doing hundreds of squats ,lounges u aren't going to loose weight u need to do fast intervals for ex 15 min workout : 4 rounds of 200m sprint,then 5 push ups,10 jumping squats and 20 sit ups .High intensity work outs will help u loose weight
start drinking plenty of water is a great idea
And contray to popular belief eating less doesn't make u loose weight it actually can make u gain weight because it slows down your metabolism and causes your body to store more fat to provide energy as oppose to burning it off
for your weight a suggest eating around 2100-2300 cals per day to loose weight
(and remember it matters where u get these cals 1000 cals from Starbucks isn't the same 1000 cals off a home cooked meal)
P.S losing weight isn't a fast process and requires a lot of dedication if u can't commit to your workouts and diet mentally then u will see no results losing 35lbs should take 2.5-3 moths if you eat right,do plenty of cardio and stay hydrated

In short: Do 30 minutes of aerobic exercise a day and 30 minutes of weights (or working your muscles) - alternating muscle groups every other day. Also, eat six small meals per day (250-300 calories). Take one day off per week to rest - but don't go crazy eating on that day, just eat a little more than normal. Try to make your meals healthy: lean meat, fruit, veggies - or a protein shake.
If you can stick with a rigorous diet + exercise plan, get the book "Body for Life" by Bill Phillips.

your a dude right? ok.. that sounds pretty good! but you gotta do cardio! that means ride your bike! run around your neighborhood or run track! something like that for atleast 45 minutes to an hour a day and than do your little jumping jacks and don't just cut down on food.. eat healthy that means not so much carbs like sphagetti sandwhich bread hamburger buns macaroni cereal all that's gotta go outta your diet.. eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and just lean meats like a chicken leg or steak and keep the carbs like sphagetti etc.. very low and yeah you'll lose weight and feel free to have a sweet every time gotta satisfy that need as long as its like once or twice a week!

store bought salad dressings can be packed with calories make your own vinaigrette and store it in a small spray bottle to coat your greens without over dressing them

There is no short cut to losing weight. If you want to lose weight you are going to have to put the effort into it. You are going to have to follow a diet with good healthy foods and you are going to work out. Being an average weight and losing 60-70 pounds means you are going to have to stave yourself or puke to lose that much weight. Yeah you don't wanna hear it but to get good results you are going to have to WORK HARD. Yeah I know, crazy.
