Question: I was curious if any of you have tried Melatrol. It is an all natural sleep aid. Please post any experiences you have had. I have moderate insomnia and do not want to take ambien or other prescription drugs.

It sounds like it probably has melatonin in it and that is suppose to help with insomnia. I would try Valarian Root also - I know that works, I use it. I also recently discovered that even decaf coffee has a little bit of caffine so consider that as a cause for the insomnia. (Warm milk really works also, it releases trytophan when warmed.)

I have not used Melatrol, but have used another similar natural product and have had good results with it. The main ingredient that is helpful is valerian, which is used to promote relaxation and help fall asleep. It certainly wouldn't hurt to try it. Good luck.

Hello Charles I bought the melatrol capsules before couple of weeks and started using it before few days, therefore it is too early for me to tell just how effective melatrol is. Even so, I have to admit that my very first impressions are really good and here are some things which I like regarding melatrol at this point: Firstly, the shipping of the package is extremely fast and it was very simple to order melatrol via the internet. The official website is user-friendly and unlike many sites with ridiculous statements, in the melatrol website you can understand precisely what you're going to get, just how much it will cost and just how melatrol works. Something else which I really like and is very important in my opinion is the fact that melatrol is all natural and also 100% safe and in contrast to similar products on the web you can learn and look at all of the ingredients of melatrol on their website, they just don't hide anything from their users. The 3rd thing which I really like about melatrol so far is the fact that it is backed by complete refund guarantee and if you are not satisfied with it you can easily send it back to them and receive all of your money back. From my experience lots of companies don't give you any refund guarantee at all, so this is without any doubt a huge advantage. In general, it is too soon for me to tell how effective melatrol is, however I feel that I made a very good deal. It seems that melatrol is very popular for a good reason and the complete refund policy makes it risk-free solution in my view... Moreover, if you want to get special discount on the original price level and to get the melatrol capsules at a limited time price, then listed below is a link which I've found on other answer that can be used to purchase melatrol for the cheapest price online. Hope that it helps you

I don't know about Melatrol but Melatonin works fine. It makes you feel like you could go to sleep without really feeling sleepy.

There are quite a few brands out there, but there are some popular and effective natural sleep ingredients that don't have a risk of addiction and are generally very effective... any good formulation should have at least some of these in it. There's Melatonin, Valerian, Chamomile, Hops, L-Tryptophan, L-Theanine, Passionflower, and Scullcap (an herb). You can try any one of those to help you sleep naturally. Also, it's important to make sure to avoid sugar, caffeine, and exercise for at least 2-3 hours before someone wants to head to bed to eliminate other common possibilities of sleeping problems. If none of those help, it's possible they may need to see a Sleep Specialist to see why they aren't sleeping right, but most people don't get to that point after trying some of these options. Good luck and I hope I helped!
