Question: i have no idea what my bodyfat percentage is but it's probably quite alot..i'm not into bein stick thick..i wish i ws more muscualr actually..so how do i reduce it ..i know people will say 'cardio exercise' but say something more REALISTIC NO I DON'T CARE ABOUT LOSING WEIGHT..i just don't want weird body fat...i couldn't care less about weight loss..i want to be muscular to protect myslef

you want to get serious about losing weight? boom here it is, but mentally prepare yourself the first week is hard but it gets easier i promise 8am - 6 egg whites, 2 yokes and 1 fruit 10:30am - 1.5 scoops of protein in 16 oz of water and 1 fat 1pm - 4-6 oz. of red meat 92% or higher 2 cups of green vegetable) 3:30pm - 1.5 scoops of protein in 16 oz of water and 1 fat 6pm - 4-6oz. of red meat OR turkey breast, chicken, or fish and 2 cups of green vegetable 8:30pm - Some kind of lean protein again (Chicken, turkey breast, tuna, egg whites, or another protein shake. No red meat.) Also another serving of good fats. If you want to add a 7th meal in 2.5 hours you can have another protein shake. and when i say fat, i mean add a good fat, like "flax oil", almonds, almond butter, or fish oil. does not mean ice cream, i PROMISE you that this works, ive spent years of trial and error if you want more detail just ask, please notice that i am not trying to sell you anything or defering you to some bullshit website to buy pills or products like half of the answers out there, spammers. do cardio on MWF in the morning on an empty stomach (a secret of the pros, take 200-400mg of caffeine tablets 30min before workout you will have an insane cardio session, i use "vivran" but may not be availble to you where you are), for 50-60mintues, your choice just keep the heart rate up. you will freak the hell out at how much you tighten up in 4 weeks. you don't need to do any more cardio than this, it will work great. males-add 2oz of meat to their lunch and dinner, and take 2 scoops of protein, not 1.5

It actually sounds like you're doing things the right way... however, one question: Do you drink a lot of diet soda? (or drinks with artificial sweeteners?) The reason I ask is simple: When the artificial sweeteners enter your system the body reacts as if you ingested sugar: The body releases insulin which will then attempt to either metabolize the sugars or store them as fat. Since it can't find any sugars, it will scavenge your system and store what it can find... reducing your available sugars and increasing your fat percentage. So, I'd recommend avoiding the artificial sweeteners and that should help reduce your body fat percentage :) Good Luck!

The problem with people trying to lose weight is they think they need to go on a diet. To lose weight you do not need to go on a diet, you need to change your current diet and make it part of your life style. If you really want to lose wight, examine your current diet and make a few small modifications nothing too drastic. Now add in some exercise and by doing this alone you will see amazing results. For females that is around the average so I wouldn't worry about it. The athletic types will have a lower % than that so if you start working out/eating healthier it may drop a little and you will feel much better all around. Aim for 25%
