Question: i cannot go to the toilet unless i take a dulcolax every 3 days.it is the worst feeling ever: beeing bloated, not using the toilet for 1 week.i don't know what else to do.please help

I would start taking Cod Liver Oil in the liquid form every day. It is only a spoon full. It is good for many functions in the body. But when I take it I notice how I may go to the bathroom 2 -3 times a day! You should definitely try it. You can get it at a health food store.

The best solution is to become a vegetarian.Read up on the web all the great high fiber recipes you can make.Eat as little animal products,eggs,cheese meat as possible- no fiber,no bulk in any of these.Eat as many fruits and veggies as you can.Change your bread to whole-grain bread.Add a little Activia yogurt for beneficial bacteria in your colon and you'll feel like a new person!
